The Liner Production Associate is responsible for molding completed liners out of socks and gel. The associate is responsible for the operation and basic maintenance of all of the forming equipment in the liner forming area and for ensuring that the forming area meets all production and quality goals on a daily basis. Follow standard operating procedures for the umbrella locking process including dispensing equipment, process parameters and data collection.
Dispenses gel from mixer onto liner socks.
Coates sock evenly using forming equipment.
Molds socks into liners.
Meets production goals.
Insures liners meet all quality standards.
Transfers completed liners to the QA position for inspection.
Insures equipment is running in compliance with work instructions and SOP's.
Troubleshoots any non-conforming product being produced and adjusts process to eliminate it.
Performs basic preventative maintenance on forming equipment.
Insures that enough raw materials are present at the forming stations to meet production goals.
Other duties as assigned by the department supervisor.

Complete run reports and enter quality data, production codes, etc,. correctly.
Obtain proper color ink from ink dispenser and reduce/increase viscosity when needed.

Mount plates according to procedures.
When running a non-taped order, make out tray tickets.
Obtain correct size and type jaws from the jaw room.
When changing orders, ensure the mezzanine operator is aware of the type of boxes needed.
Obtain all supplies needed for an order.
Verify order information.
Quality A visual check of the roll must be done, as well, to ensure there are no defects on the rolls.
Set machine parameters according to standard operating procedures written for each specific job.
Check ink viscosity and fill in specified intervals to ensure print quality.
Download all order information into the DBQ system as well as maintain timely quality checks and reports.
Place stamped box labels onto proper cartons, ensuring proper adhesion to the boxes.
Place the proper pieces of boxes together, using filament tape, before pushing the completed carton out to the warehouse.
Using department guidelines, load all barrier/TBG rolls onto unwind stand.

Nephron Outsourcing Facility (NOF) is a 503B outsourcing facility dedicated to creating the highest quality compounds by maintaining current good manufacturing practices to and above the standards set by the FDA.
Oversee the daily operation of the IV bag packaging operation. Ensure all IV bag packaging operators are properly trained.
Manages inventory of production components and prepares components for batch production.
Prepares the start/stop of lots. Configure cages for the WIPS to be used and prints the labels for the finished goods pallets.
Manages the 12hr crew and assist the shift supervisor with personnel matters.
Counts all IV bags prior to packaging to ensure accountability of all products.
Visually inspects, labels, and packages IV bags into a shipping case after thoroughly inspecting and weighing each bag.
