Assists Technicians or other personnel with basic maintenance such as sweeping, cleaning and greasing.

Description ## At the forefront of Interagency communications and operations management, and focused on services for Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness and Response, Ikun specializes in Logistics Management, Mission Systems Support, Software Development and Data Center Management. The selected candidate will write and provide updates to the ACC EFB Concept of Operations (CONOPS) and/or ACC Instruction (ACCI) and Integrate guidance with EFB lead MAJCOM (AMC) and HAF.
Establish budget program for equitable EFB funding and advocate within POM cycle.Establish unified CAF acquisition strategy with A5/8/9 and MDS specific flight test requirements with SPOs (System PM/FAMs (Functional Area manager)/53 WG/AATC (Air National Guard Air Force test center). Establish EFB/software training program standards. Ensure EFB software, hardware, and firmware complies with appropriate security configuration guidelines. Implement and enforce all AF cybersecurity policies, procedures, and countermeasures.As the cybersecurity liaison for EFB, the contractor will process and manage resources applicable within the EFB program.
Ensure proper configuration management procedures are followed prior to EFB implementation and contingent upon necessary approval. Provides complete services for members and their guests relating to handling of bags, golf carts and driving range operations.
Performs all duties according to the daily procedures set by the Golf Center.
Prepares all golf carts for the day’s play. Ensures carts are clean and stocked with pencils, scorecards, towels, sand and sand scoops.
Maintains cart storage building and surrounding areas in a neat, organized manner.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE: The Solution Bag Fabrication Operator is responsible for promoting a safe and efficient manufacturing environment within the Bag Room area of the Solutions Department. Operator is responsible for set up and operation of bag manufacturing equipment, and inspecting materials and product to ensure that they are acceptable for use in production.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under general supervision, follows established company policies and procedures and applies acquired job skills to perform all in-process testing and documents results on the Batch Production Record (BPR).
Escalates issues to supervisor for resolution, as deemed necessary.
Ensure that new employees are properly trained before performing any tasks.
Prior to the start of each lot, perform the following:
Obtain the BPR from the staging area and verify the product code and lot number
Perform area clear to ensure that all components from the previous lot have been removed.
Ensure product board reflects current lot.
Checks all production materials to be sure they are correct, labeled and staged following first in first out policy.
Ensure that all process equipment is calibrated and operating in validated parameters.
Verify that sample bags are within all parameters.
Perform the bag fabrication process and inspects finished bags for visual and functional defects according to applicable Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs).
Compile the BPR and accurately complete all required information.
Identify any factors that affect performance. This may include personnel issues, equipment failures, inefficient processes, etc. Reports all such problems to management and recommends steps to alleviate problems and increase efficiency.
Work safely at all times.
May provide assistance to junior staff with more general support tasks that require a better understanding of functions, as directed by immediate supervisor.
May refer to senior staff for assistance with higher level problems that may arise.
Assist others to promote teamwork and cooperation.

Job Summary Transport clubs to/from guest vehicles and/or group buses. Pick up and drop off guest golf bags at bag drop. Provide directions to golfers to golf-related areas. Assist golfers with carts and equipment. Distribute score cards and pencils to golfers. Remove golf carts from storage area and stage for play. Remove rental clubs for use by guests, and clean and store after use. Store, clean, tag, and organize guest clubs in bag room storage. Clean, detail, restock golf carts after each use. Document any golf cart damage and deficiency for mechanic's review. Maintain cleanliness of golf-related areas. Maintain lines of communication with golf shop to ensure efficiency of course operations and guest satisfaction. Setup/reset/break down practice stations. Pick up/wash balls from practice facility. Ensure the security of all golf equipment in storage. Notify manager/supervisor of any important issues as necessary. ACC Electronic Flight Bag (Efb)
Headquarters, Air Combat Command (ACC), Directorate of Operations (A3), Flight Operations Division (A3T) at Langley Air Force Base, VA is responsible for the combat readiness and training of the Combat Air Forces (CAF). ACC/A3T provides the operational expertise required to meet current and future needs of the CAF. The organization develops, coordinates and publishes command guidance for all aspects of CAF fighter aircrew training.
Establish budget program for equitable EFB funding and advocate within POM cycle. Establish unified CAF acquisition strategy with A5/8/9 and MDS specific flight test requirements with SPOs (System PM/FAMs (Functional Area manager)/53 WG/AATC (Air National Guard Air Force test center). Establish EFB/software training program standards. Ensure EFB software, hardware, and firmware complies with appropriate security configuration guidelines.
Implement and enforce all AF cybersecurity policies, procedures, and countermeasures. As the cybersecurity liaison for EFB, the contractor will process and manage resources applicable within the EFB program. Ensure proper configuration management procedures are followed prior to EFB implementation and contingent upon necessary approval.
Coordinate changes or modifications with the system-level ISSM, SCA, and/or Cybersecurity officials. Initiate protective or corrective measures, in coordination with cybersecurity managers, when a security incident or vulnerability is discovered. Report security incidents or vulnerabilities to the system-level ISSM and cybersecurity officials according to AFI 17-130.
Establish SAP/SCI/CPA (Classified Processing Area) security measures for vaults/simulators/cockpits/mission crew decks. Initiate exceptions, deviations, or waivers to cybersecurity requirements. Coordinate for EFB IT support, sustainment and modernization plans; mobile device management/upgrades/tech refresh and comm.
Security direction with A6 Ensure appropriate standardization of Technical Orders (T.O.) and Flight Information Plans (FLIP) integration and ensure currency compliance. Develop future EFB capability requirements with USAFWS/WEPTAC (Weapons and Tactics). Establish SAP/SCI security measures for vaults/cockpits/mission crew decks. Provides briefings and negotiates with vendors to achieve optimal service and equipment.
Provides full spectrum of project management on short-term projects to include research, selection recommendations, scheduling, implementation inventory tracking, and sustainment. Provides strategies for the ACC enterprise to include network management, scaling the infrastructure to provide robust bandwidth, and evaluating future technology products to support the enterprise. Serve as project manager and team lead for the project implementation, server installation, configuration, and administrator training.
Conducts studies and analyses of WAN-related issues. Provides guidance and assistance related to WAN installation, integration, maintenance and migration. Liaise with JA on copyright/legal issues and PA for messaging related to commercial purchase.
Required Top Secret clearance. Required Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field with a minimum of three years' experience utilizing mobile devices with a focus on iOS and working mobile information technology topologies, to include a keen understanding of wireless routers/modems, commercial ISP and cellular services, and how to establish those services. Required a CompTIA Sec+, Information Assurance Training Level II, or greater certification IAW DOD 8570.01M with a minimum of three years systems administration or ISSO experience with hands on knowledge of setting file share and SharePoint permissions, establishing group security policies, and resolving a multitude of information technology issues either by hands-on troubleshooting or through the CIPS/Remedy/IAO Express trouble ticketing processes.
Required a minimum of three years working knowledge of commercial mobile technology and enterprise mobile management services (i.e., mobile device management, mobile content management, and mobile application management). Specific knowledge of MobileIron, Unified Endpoint Manager, Blackberry Docs, and Acronis is beneficial. Required a minimum of three years of experience in developing information assurance accreditation packages for networked and stand-alone systems requiring authorization official approval. Required a minimum of three years of experience using CIPS, AFWAY, and other systems to acquire information technology hardware, software and services through the base contracting office or MAJCOM Acquisition Management and Integration Center IAW local, Air Force and DoD guidance.
