Successful applicant can produce production quality welds in all positions within a given process. Candidate can operate most non-specialized metal working equipment. Candidate is able to fabricate steel in accordance with plans, specifications and the quality control hold points.

•NCR/rework hours (incurs less than 2% NCRs to hours worked).
•Crew direction (Directs self to complete goals daily; directs another worker to assist as required).

•Planning (reviews drawings and breaks job into steps; appropriately assigns tasks to other workers; takes direction from Foreman and adapts work plan accordingly).
