My client has an immediate need for a Balance Operator in a job shop environment. Duties include locating points of imbalance on parts and using soldering and welding equipment, compute weights to be added, drills, grinds, chips, and files metal, and align and secure holding fixtures.

Ability to remove material by hand or via Bridgeport Mill to balance parts is required.
Ability to work overtime a plus
Ability to read and process shop work orders
Three year's of experience in operation of Balancing Machine or other non-CNC related equipment, such as a manual Lathe or Grind.
Blueprint reading skills
Shop math skills
