Our Manhattan, Montana facility is seeking a Machine Set Up Tech 3 to add to our team. The Machine Set Up Tech 3 is responsible for but not limited to: Technician must possess excellent knowledge of injection molding process, materials, molds and machinery. Technician must maintain molding schedules; evaluate parts based on quality standards and specifications, and assist machine operators as needed. Technician will assist material handler with start and setup procedures. This position supports 32 IMM's with a drive for 90% uptime along with 2 other machine set up technicians of varying experience. This position is a direct supporter/contributor to the success of the Operations Manager and any/all delegated work is expected to positively promote the Blackhawk brand.
Including but not limited to the following
Verify correct set-up of molds, presses, and auxiliary equipment before machine start up.
Establish proper molding conditions.
Perform mold changes and sampling runs according to molding schedule.
Assist with the set-up and maintenance of auxiliary equipment, including granulators, conveyors, liquid temperature controls, and mold electrical controls.
Make minor repairs to machines and equipment and notify proper personnel of necessary major repairs.
Relieve other molding technicians on breaks and in the event of absenteeism.
Train and assist machine operators
Responsible for adherence to Quality Specifications for all products.
Follow and promote all safety and environmental procedures

Successful candidates will possess:
A solid understanding of network topologies, multi-tiered application traffic flow, server load balancing, global load balancing, and firewalls.
Experience maintaining and growing a high-performance geographically-distributed technical team.
Experience migrating applications/technologies from on premise to cloud environments.
Understanding of strategic business objectives and the ability to drive results toward those objectives.
Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, frequently changing, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills with proven ability to collaborate and influence across different teams.
Ability to efficiently prioritize and execute on initiatives in a methodical and timely manner, taking appropriate accountability and ownership as well as effectively setting and managing expectations across teams and stakeholders.
Ability to discuss complex technical issues with engineers and peers, as well as clearly present relevant information to non-technical audiences.
Programming knowledge and experience with network automation and self-service enablement for user community.
Proven track record in tracking and monitoring platforms of responsibility to ensure and maintain compliance.
Extremely organized with proven ability to manage multiple projects competing for priority and resources.
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification, or military experience
At least 5 years' management experience in a technical leadership role supporting a geographically distributed network infrastructure.
At least 5 years' experience with network design, protocols, hardware, configuration, tools, monitoring, and troubleshooting IP and Ethernet networks including campus and data center implementations.
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years' experience with load balancer platforms, technologies, and implementations.
- 5 years' experience with DNS & DHCP systems and IPAM solutions.
- 3 years' experience with application infrastructure and Unix System administration.
- 2 years' experience with leading migration of technologies and supporting implementations in a hybrid datacenter and public cloud provider environment.
- 2 years' experience with managing NTP solutions.
- 2 years of experience with network automation for DNS and Load Balancing services.
- 2 years of experience with network services implementations in public cloud (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP) implementations.
- 1 year of experience with at least one software configuration management system (Puppet, Ansible, Chef)
- At least 2 years' experience leading teams following Agile methodologies using tools such as JIRA or Version One
