Job Description:
Position Purpose:
Customer Service/Sales associates provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance. These associates learn about products using our tools, and provide information to customers in order to sell an entire project.
Associates in this position will learn how to greet, qualify, recommend and close every customer in their department, and know how to handle basics in adjacent departments. Customer Service/Sales associates maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas, and ensure it is clean, shop-able, and safe. Each associate has the responsibility of providing a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies & standards, completing specified safety training, immediately correcting hazards & unsafe conditions or reporting conditions to the Manager on Duty, and working safely as not to endanger themselves, co-workers, vendors, or customers.

Endocrinology Physician Assistant II Per Diem
Description:
Physician Assistants (PA) provide health care services to patients who may have acute episodic conditions or chronic problems, as well as those seeking health evaluation, preventive care and/or education and counseling. Under physician supervision, Pas provide care in areas within KP in primary care or specialty departments consistent with their educational preparation following the Regional Practice Guidelines and Protocols for Ambulatory and Hospital-Based Practice. They perform complete physical examinations, including ordering, interpreting and evaluating diagnostic tests and examinations. Assume on-going responsibility for each patient from discovery of the disorder to recovery. Diagnose and treat both chronic and episodic disorders including complications of otherwise normal processes. Establish and document the health care plan and diagnosis, maintain records of each case that are sufficiently complete for any physician reviewing them to evaluate the effectiveness of the plan. Consistently demonstrates the knowledge, skills, abilities and behaviors necessary to provide superior and culturally sensitive service to each other, to our members and to customers, contracted providers and vendors. Function in an expanded role to regularly provide primary, acute or emergency care to patients with complicated medical or surgical conditions which requires an intensive level of care and advanced certification in a specialty area (e.g., neonatal, intensive care, emergency medicine, operating room, etc.) A formal internship and/or equivalent on-the-job training in the specialty area are also required.

Pharmacy Assistant Th-1902 (Mandarin Bilingual Required)
Description:
Under direct supervision and control of a licensed pharmacist, provides in-person and telephone reception, receives and directs new and refill prescriptions for further processing, produces computerized or typed prescription labels, packages and sells filled prescriptions and pharmaceutical merchandise and assists pharmacy personnel with clerical functions.
Essential Responsibilities:
Upholds Kaiser Permanente's Policies and Procedures, Principles of Responsibilities and applicable state, federal and local laws. Provides in-person and telephone reception to patients in accordance with established service and telephone access standards.
Receives new prescriptions and/or refills ensuring the correct entry/documentation of information required to process the order.
Identifies prescriptions needing refill authorization and refers to providers.
Verifies that prescription indicates drug name, strength, direction for use, quantity to be dispensed, any special instructions, and refill information. Recognizes potential for generic or therapeutic substitution.
Alerts pharmacists when information is lacking and prescription requires further action and/or when information is noted in allergy and comment field in PIMS.
Enters required prescription and/or patient information into pharmacy computer (Pharmacy Information Management System-PIMS) and/or types prescription label.
Processes prescription refill authorization requests and enters responses from providers into PIMS.
Places filled prescription(s) in appropriate container for immediate or future sale.
Organizes and maintains packaged prescriptions for efficient retrieval.
