Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Fill orders within Conveyor system via Voice pick Technology.
Fill non conveyed orders via use of Stand-up Forklifts and RF scanning equipment.
Off load picked orders from Conveyor system and stack product uniformly on pallet for shipment.
Prepare pallets for shipment by applying stretch wrap, placards, and pack lists.
Load LTL and FTL shipments onto trucks via Forklift.
Prepare and process parcel orders through UPS system.
Unloading of Inbound packaged goods from vendors. Work ranges from manual unloading of floor loaded cartons to palletized products unloaded via Forklift.
Receipt of inbound inventory into WMS via RF scanning equipment.
Put away received materials from dock to storage locations via Forklift.
Replenish products to dedicated pick slots via Forklift.
Perform general Housekeeping and Warehouse duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand, walk and climb on a repetitive basis
Ability to retrieve product from warehouse shelves up to 50 lbs.
Frequent bending, lifting and stooping
Eye/hand coordination to aim radio frequency scanner at warehouse bar codes

Order Filler - 2Nd Shift

This position is responsible for picking and packaging customer orders in an accurate and timely manner. This position is for 2nd Shift.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Proficiently use a hand-held scanner to process orders and control stock going in and out of the plant.
At the beginning of each order, read order notes and instructions and select container type.
Go to specified pick location, find the part number identified and scan (or type in, if necessary) the location code of the first item listed.
Pick the needed product quantity, scan the product label and place the item(s) in/on the container/pallet. If there is no product label, proceed with making/printing a product bar code for one to be scanned in this process.
Continue finding locations/part numbers, picking needed quantities and scanning labels until each item on the order has been packed.
Complete packaging including wrapping pallets, enter number of shipping labels needed, generate customer specific labeling, if specified, affix labels and weigh items/containers.
In accordance with the instructions and weight of the shipment, scan the order into the specific holding area (i.e. Shipping, aisle, customer pick-up) and carry/transport the container(s)/pallet(s) to that area.
Safely operate and maintain in good working order all needed equipment (i.e. forklift, shrink wrap machine).
Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
Assist in other areas of the plant as customer/business needs necessitate and/or count inventory for cycle counting or physical inventory.
Attend work regularly and predictably and uphold Company values in all work aspects.

Minimum age 18 and have valid driver's license.

UTAS Academy of Engineering Excellence Analyst: Acts as a producer/facilitator for all Virtual Instructor-led offerings.
Sets up the virtual courses and fully supports the instructor and students. They are responsible for the various technology elements (such as the web link, phone connection, prysm board, whiteboard, webcam etc. that will be used in the class.
Troubleshoots technical or logistical issues that arise during the class.
They are responsible for recording all the virtual instructor-led sessions and ensuring learning completions are entered into the LMS. Edits recordings of the virtual instructor-led courses to ensure that the quality of the recording is acceptable. This person is also responsible for capturing participation and attendance for each live/virtual course (and may be asked to assist with completions for participants who attended the course by recording) and ensuring that data is available to be included in various metrics packages.
Responsible for the production and facilitation of AEE courses that are held within various time zones, specifically U.S. time zones. This includes:
Coordination of pre-class logistics
Regularly interact with the AEE team to coordinate and communicate local activities and classes
Ensure that all attendees and courses offered to follow the International Trade Compliance Technology Control Plan (TCP) (by determining that only students covered by the TCP are enrolled in UTAS AEE classes.

Position parts in jigs or fixtures on bench or welding positions
Select torch, torch tips, filler rods, and fluxes prescribed by blueprints, welding diagrams, and operation sheets.
