• The challenges Enterprise customers face when recruiting are primarily related to cost and lack of insights. LinkedIn offers an opportunity for large corporates to significantly reduce their cost of recruiting by, applying a proactive recruiting process, pipelining, marketing and leveraging LinkedIn's intuitive technology. In turn this empowers their internal recruiting teams to, recruit themselves - saving time, create a strong employment brand attracting qualified talent and retain all intellectual property, providing them with data that allows them to measure and improve. We are looking for a Senior Manager to join our Enterprise team as we continue to expand our business in the Benelux region. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing a team of relationship managers as well as working closely with the LTS Lead for Benelux to devise and execute strategies to continue to drive growth in member engagement and customer value. You will focus on retaining and growing LinkedIn's valuable Enterprise (Corporate and Public Sector) relationships.
: Directly manage a team of relationship managers focused on renewing and expanding existing customer revenues
Define a territory market plan that is structured to win all major clients in our market. Understand the concepts that drive these wins and ensure all of the team can effectively manage their books of business
Provide sales mentorship, both commercially and in terms of sales methodology and product features, and elevate the team's abilities to manage and close revenue
Accurately forecast recurring revenue pipelines along with incremental bookings
Constantly innovate ways to balance sales opportunities, client management and new customer onboarding responsibilities
Devise tactics and strategies to maintain close relationships with LinkedIn's relationships at scale
Focus on client success in order to build a talent pipeline and create a pool of customers that will serve as references for sales and marketing purposes
Grow the team; constantly be pipelining for new talent to support our business as it expands Develop scalable sales processes and procedures that will ultimately become the Enterprise sales playbook
Listen to the needs of the market and share the learnings internally with the Product and Marketing teams
Be proactive about solving problems even if outside of your area
Be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge and do all you can to help the company achieve its larger objectives
Travel required (up to 40% of the time)
Desired Skills and Experience
: BA/BS degree in a related field5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role10+ years of experience in sales management
Fluency in English and Dutch
: MBA degree or evidence of continuous professional development
Documented experience of conceptual sales is essential, and the ability to work in new business sales
Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a high tech, internet or software sales business
Demonstrable experience with a range of sales methodologies and metrics
Knowledge of CRM tools and subscription-based business sales models
Experience working with global and multi-national client organisations
Exposure to the Belgian market, including Public Sector would be a bonus
Excellent communication, client and time management, negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to evaluate sound business opportunities, resolve conflicts, close deals and meet/exceed revenue goalsA self-motivated, consistent over-achiever that has been rewarded with career progression and leadership opportunity.
