Positions cylinders in manifold racks. Operates equipment for pumping or repackaging gases into cylinders.
Performs all required pre-fill and post-fill inspections and tests before cylinders are released. Cylinders requiring maintenance or repair are removed from service until corrected.
Regularly inspects and maintains pumping apparatus and associated monitoring devices.
Fills cylinders or containers to proper capacity by either setting pressure gauge to specified reading and watching for indication of full cylinders; adjusting valves and observing gauge to fill cylinder to specified pressure; observing scale indicator to fill cylinders to specified weight or filling cylinder to excess, rolling cylinder onto scale and connecting exhaust line to release excess gas and attain prescribed weight.
Accurately maintains cylinder filling records and ensures that all required procedures are followed in order to comply with local, state and federal regulations.
Completes and attaches warning and other identification tags, labels and decals to cylinders.
Loads cylinders onto vehicles using hand truck or lift gate and records type and quantity of cylinders. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Order Filler Picker
Warehouse Order Filler /Picker Reports to:
Primary Purpose: The Order Filler/Picker is responsible for filling customer orders and delivering them to the shipping staging area in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, and productivity. The Order Filler is responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled. Assist other staff.
Order Picking: Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped. Assemble various types of merchandise for shipment. Carry or transport orders to shipping staging area with material handling equipment. Stencil, tag, or mark orders as requested.
Repack: Repack and weigh any orders that require such handling when necessary. Report quality variances.
Inventory: 1. Move inventory to various locations manually and by operating mechanical equipment, including fork lift, pallet jack, and handcart. 2. Sort and store items according to established procedures. 3. Maintain computerized inventory records, take physical count periodically, and check against inventory control totals using computer.

The Mechanic will be responsible for repairs, installation, monitoring and assembling of mechanical aseptic functions.

Ø Performs all tasks necessary to insure sterility of the process.
Ø Assemble or install all equipment or any parts necessary in insuring that the system remains sterile.
Ø Inspects and monitors all aseptic systems while the plant is in operation.
Ø Must be able to CIP, air test, hydrotest, and sterilize all vessels involving aseptic conditions within the plant, including Fillers, Cold Hold, and the Flash Cooler.
Ø Cleans, repairs, rebuilds and sterilizes all aseptic pumps and other aseptic equipment, including piping and valves, and possesses the mechanical skills necessary to maintain and repair their associated parts.
Ø Possesses knowledge of proper pressure settings of associated steam regulator and safety relief valves, and understands and can perform the function of steam blocking and chem blocking.
Ø Possesses knowledge of CIP systems and procedures, including the handling and testing of CIP chemicals.
Ø Can perform the cleaning, repair, and filling of flash cooler, and cold hold tank, as well as the taking of sterile product samples. Insures all fittings and pumps are checked daily and that proper personnel are notified immediately when problems are noted.
