General description: : The Warehouse Specialist-Freezer prepares product for shipment to customers, working specifically in the freezer area of the warehouse.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Receive labels from a supervisor for selecting purposes and product identification.
Use an electric pallet jack to transport product.
Stack product neatly on a wooden pallet, placing heavy products at the bottom of the pallet.
Keep orders together or separate as appropriate if there is more than one order on a pallet.
Correctly label product so the label can be seen on the outside of the pallet.
Stage full pallets for loading.
Identify each pallet by route number, batch number, and initials.
Meet specified goals for throughput and accuracy.
Additional duties or special projects may be assigned at the supervisor's discretion.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a pallet jack license or successfully complete a training program within a specified period of time.
Be able to lift up to 100 pounds and bend and lift on a regular basis.
Undergo pre-employment screenings, including but not limited to a background check and a drug test.

The Warehouse Specialist selects product and loads trucks, moving product between the loading dock and the warehouse and moving product within the warehouse. They may work in various areas of the warehouse such as Dry, Refrigerated, Freezer, Perishables, and others.
This position can be located in our Freezer section and, as you would imagine, it is cold in there. We will outfit you in freezer suits, hats, and gloves.
Review documents and record information; verify quantity, identity, availability and condition of product.
Drive and operate the reach truck, pallet jack and fork truck to select, pull, sort, and stack product within the warehouse and dock.
Hand stack product on occasion when off balance or in the wrong location.
Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders and remove shrink wrap from incoming orders.
This position has additional duties. Special projects may be assigned at the position supervisor's discretion.

Quality Assurance Supervisor, Batch Release And Document Control
This position will report to the Quality Assurance Manager of PharMEDium Services, a subsidiary of AmerisourceBergen. Supervisors at this facility will supervise staff, maintain sample schedules, and perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of our compounded admixed product for distribution to customers nationwide. The supervisor must be familiar with and knowledgeable of cGMP/GLP and 21 CFR Part 11 procedures.
This job position is compliance critical and responsibilities include ensuring continual and proper compliance with all division, corporate, and government regulatory requirements. It is the associate's responsibility to observe all safety rules. Any condition thought to be hazardous or unsafe should be reported to your supervisor immediately.
1.Adheres to all cGMP, safety regulations, and understands QA SOP's with minimal supervision.
2.Maintaining specialized projects through efficient project management
Organize the receiving, storing and logging in of samples from the clean room or inventory
Actively participate in all regulatory inspections: FDA, DEA, Board of Pharmacy, and Internal Audits. Must have the ability and experience to close audit responses and observations.
Review and approve data generated by Quality Associates and Technicians.
Author and review protocols for development work

Develop Quality Reports - Will be responsible for tracking product lots from the generation of batch records through the final disposition. This will be done through the issuance of periodic reports to management that detail the status of all lots in progress.

Conduct root cause analysis for compounding errors and processing errors generated at the facility during all phases of the production process.
B.S. in Science with a minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical analytical laboratory experience and 2 years of supervisory experience of multiple staff members.
Experience of at least 2 years for managing lab and joint projects with outside departments
Knowledge of cGMP/GLP and 21 CFR Part 11 procedures
Experience in FDA/DEA regulated industry.
Working in an FDA environment.

Night Freezer Selector
Select cases and other containers of food and non-foods products to fill customer orders from multi-level rack warehouse storage systems. Items are placed on pallets and completed orders are moved to the loading dock staging area with an electric pallet jack / forklift, wrapped, labeled and readied for shipment in a timely manner observing all safety regulations and ensuring all quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duties assigned to best serve the company.
Follow all preferred work methods, safety policies and procedures per company guidelines. Ensure work area is safe and report any unsafe conditions and/or acts immediately.
Review work schedule, obtain supplies required to perform the work and prepare for operations. Perform a safety check on pallet jack / forklift to be used and insure that all other safety devices are functioning properly. Put on all required Personal Protective Equipment and Safety Gear.
Meet required productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines.
Place pallets on pallet jack and operate along assigned multi-level racks and locate products according to order sheets.
Manually place the appropriate stock items on pallet from pick slots and racks as required. Use single and/or double pallets as directed.
Transport completed palletized customer order to shipping dock staging area. May be required to shrink-wrap pallet for staging.
Remove batteries requiring recharging, replace with charged batteries, or attach re-charger and complete vehicle inspection checklist. At the end of the shift secure all equipment and complete all necessary paperwork.

Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position.
Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
