Position Summary Safely prepare and complete deliveries to assigned customer locations.
CUSTOMER SERVICE – 95%
Load and unload tires.
Picks-up and delivers finished retreads, and tires to be retreaded.
Secures work orders from customers for tires picked up and signs delivery tickets for finished work delivered.
Solicits customers for sales of stock retreads.
Secures all possible retreadable tires for processing.
Makes collections from customers for merchandise delivered on a C.O.D. basis.
Makes list of prospective customers along the designated route to supply the Store Manager with sales follow up information.
Any other duties as assigned.
VEHICLE MAINTENANCE – 5%
Ensures good mechanical operation of vehicle.
Schedules maintenance of vehicle.
Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections at the beginning of each work day and immediately report operating problems or mechanical defects to the Retread Plant Manager or designee.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness (inside & out).
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND OCCUPATIONAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to lift and/or move tires weighing between 30-250 lbs. with or without mechanical assistance.

Job Summary - a concise overview of the job The Quality Associate III, Batch Record Review, has thorough knowledge in reviewing Batch Production Records (BPRs) to ensure compliance to procedural requirements. This includes compilation and review of all analytical, validation, deviations and regulatory documentation required for the release of product to market.
Based on the review and compilation of all documentation provides in-process release and final product review and/or release. Reviews BPRs with attention to detail in order to identify problems, errors or issues with the records. Has solid working knowledge and skills in practices, procedures, and techniques in the Batch Record process.
Identifies deviations from procedures, tracks and provides BPR metric results as required. Communicates to multiple departments and supervision to ensure timely correction of errors. Identifies and escalates issues or problems to appropriate supervision.

- Work independently to mix/combine and process – both liquid and dry ingredients to existing formula.
- Weigh all material before being added to batches.
- Lift and measure dry materials weighing 55lbs (bags or drums) as part of loading the mixing machine.
- Handle both the dry and wet bulk ingredients.
- Mixed and tested material is then bulk packaged and supplied to our packaging operation.
- Follow the established testing procedure to assure mixed materials meet performance standards as set by the company.
- Make adjustments to each batch to assure the proper physical characteristics.
