JOB SUMMARY: Drive a tractor-trailer or a truck to transport and deliver goods or materials.
May operate any manual or power drive material handling equipment to move parts, finished goods and miscellaneous items at outside locations or to load or unload own trailers at the dock. May perform Cycle Counter duties as needed.
Receives and moves parts from various sources and stages the parts / materials at the outside locations. Responsible for accurate physical count.
May sign for correct shipments and records any quantity discrepancies or parts damaged. Delivers parts in an orderly manner to the proper designation needed
Prepares all necessary documentation needed to maintain records indicating part number, description, count and storage locations. Responsible for the count accuracy of trailer loads or parts being moved from one location to another. May record material information by use of a CRT terminal.
Takes physical inventory of parts in outside locations by counting or weighing to verify counts of received and/or stored parts on hand with inventory control records.
Must operate all motorized equipment in an orderly and safe manner. Reports operating deficiencies to Maintenance or Material Handling Supervisor. Performs minor mechanical repairs to all assigned motorized equipment.
Will load and unload bails and operate any supporting equipment necessary as needed.
Responsible for preparation and maintenance of records, must be accurate in counts; identification of parts received and stored; responsible for placing goods in a safe and orderly manner; and required to have knowledge of the warehouse location and inventory control system and of plant operation to route parts to proper locations. Legible handwriting is required. Must have CDL Class "A" license to operate outside tractors; be familiar with safety and operating load regulations; and must exercise caution and care that the load is not damaged in transit.

Safely prepare and complete deliveries to assigned customer locations.
TRUCK DRIVING (Deliveries) – (100%):
Assist in loading of tires using crane boom mounted on tractor or forklift.
Secure tires using log chains.
Drive tractor and trailer loaded with tires to assigned customer locations.
If requested by customer, unload tires using crane boom and forklift.
Complete delivery paperwork indicating date of tire delivery and quantity.
Respond to customer concerns and questions. Contact Warehouse Manager if customer request additional sales.
Complete required DOT daily log of mileage.
Keep tractor and trailer clean.
Any other duties as assigned.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND OCCUPATIONAL DEMANDS:
Awareness safe working and driving practices. Must be alert to highway dangers, knowledgeable of delivery area.
May lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis when loading or unloading tires. 100 pounds of pressure when pushing tires.
Must prepare DOT required logs and customer documentation.
Operation of forklift truck, overhead crane, tractor trailers.

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES - Responsible for working payment or remittance advice related batch rejections for all hospitals within the RSC.
SUPERVISOR - Cashiering or Logging Manager

Correct all payment rejections and make any correction through the system if possible within 4 calendar days
Trend errors and provide data to appropriate Manager
Run Clear Access Report weekly to report keying error information
Report and download number of payments posted to Manager
Retrieve batch reports from IS
Notify Manager if report is not available for pick-up
Send all corrections to be keyed by IS department as each Facility report is completed
Submit all reports to IS by 4pm

This position leads all paper/electronic batch record review that is related to manufacturing of drug substance in a multi-product facility. The position performs duties under limited supervision and according to standard operating and manufacturing procedures. Althea is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Batch Release Associate responsible for performing a wide variety of activities pertaining to assuring compliance with Quality Assurance (QA) requirements and applicable regulatory requirements, including assisting with audits, training programs, and documentation review.
Reviews production batch records and associated data for product release. Determines if records are within range of cGMP regulations. Reviews data obtained for compliance specifications and report abnormalities.
