Set up equipment in preparation for startup, and responsible for placing trays in box, weighing box on scale and stacking boxes correctly and ensuring print is legible, while adhering to good safety practices, food safety policies and company policies. Job Description: Summary
This position is responsible for constant monitoring of the batter system. It requires the ability to operate and troubleshoot the batter equipment. This position is also responsible for maintaining the flume additives and for monitoring the starch slurry system. This position is responsible for evaluating work processes to determine strategies and programs which provide greater productivity and efficiency of company functions by performing the following duties.
Sanitation qualification is required. If you are not qualified, you will be trained.
Employee must be Lock-out/Tag-out qualification is required. If you are not qualified, you will be trained.
Forklift Certification is required. If not, employee must meet requirements to become forklift certified.
