As a member of our global EVBP team, you will support the implementation of our regional EVBP strategy, setting priorities accordingly and aligning with colleagues and managers as needed Requires hands-on planning and project management, the ability to track deliverables, identify opportunities for improvement and communicate effectively across functional groups and regions Manage customer expectations, maintain ongoing customer satisfaction and identify trends in customer needs, technology development and propose a course of action to internal stakeholders
Work with Applications Development to establish close technical cooperation with customers; protect Covestro IP, raise requests for Product Development based on customer/market needs, support advocacy efforts, support product launches
Identify and coordinate with technology partners, services providers and vendors that can help us achieve our technical and business goals
Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent, with eight (8) year's relevant experience in account management, business development, or technical expertise in Electric Vehicles
Project management experience coordinating multiple tasks and lead global teams with limited time and resources in complex environments
- Technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Chemical Engineering, Materials/Polymer Science, etc.)
- A technical background with relevance to the plastics or automotive industry, especially to electro-mobility is desirable
Strong networking skills
Willing to travel up to 50% of working time
Foreign language and multi-cultural skills are a plus
