Accurate Personnel is currently recruiting for Direct Hire positions for one of our clients located in Cicero, IL. All 3 shifts available.
The Stacker Operator in the Asitrade Department is responsible for safely and efficiently operating the Stacker equipment on the Asitrade line at established rates and continuously monitoring machine performance. The Stacker Operator also operates the Asitrade line specific Palletizer.
- Run Stacker at established production rate to stack sheets according to Manufacturing Order and Master Product Specifications Sheet
- Continuously monitor Stacker machine performance and control Stacker machine operation and speed
- Use the Stacker control panel to run the Stacker and to perform machine set up, start up, operation, and shut down tasks
- Use the line specific Palletizer control panel to run the Palletizer to supply the Stacker machine with pallets and to perform Palletizer set up, start up, operation, and shut down tasks
- Troubleshoot machine faults on the Stacker/ Palletizer control panels to make machine specific adjustments, clear jams, and return machines to production ready running condition
- Perform specific equipment operation inspections (machine guards, air nozzles, belts, wheels, side tampers, rollers, sensors) to identify and resolve issues that will prevent the Stacker from operating safely and efficiently
- Use RF scanner to scan transactions to the Warehouse Management System and use Warehouse Management System to generate a label that corresponds to the item
- Perform quality inspections sheets that include visual inspections of the individual sheets/stacked sheets and temperature reading of the stacked sheets
- Make necessary adjustments at the Stacker to resolve product stacking issues.
- Dispose of scrap following department disposal procedures for product that does not meet product quality standards (re-stack procedure, quality hold procedure, waste removal procedure)
- Record data on specified forms and complete required line documentation
- Communicate Stacker/ Palletizer machine malfunctions to the Supervisor to immediately resolve downtime issues
- Communicate line issues with the Laminator to resolve line issues and restore production
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled equipment/ machine cleaning tasks on a daily weekly, monthly basis
- Perform daily housekeeping activities and perform Stacker sanitation as scheduled
- Comply with all company policies and procedures including GMP, PPE, LOTO, HACCP, and JSA regulations
- Train other Asitrade Stacker Operators as required
- Responsible for ensuring, where applicable, the product safety, quality, regulatory compliance and legality of all products produced and sold

Position Description: Joseph T. Ryerson and Son, Inc, one of the largest metals distributors in the US, is currently seeking a Temper Mill Stacker Operator to join our warehouse team in Blytheville, AR. Reporting to the Operations Manager, responsibilities include:
Must be able to load coils on mill and operate exit end of the slitter when required on heavy business days
Use micrometer and tape line for measurement
Use side cylinders to rock strip
Use recoiler to do coil
Set up and operate equipment to cut material, chamfer, debur, or groove parts as required by processing instruction.
Maintain required maintenance tasks daily, weekly, monthly.
Unload inbound trucks using forklifts and overhead cranes
Review and understand customer tickets
Locate material and verify grade, size and quantity by visually inspecting and physically measuring material

JOB DESCRIPTION: To stack packaged eggs by order, onto pallets whether in cases or baskets, stacked ensure maximum quality of the product. Keep completed orders in an organized form in the staging area coming off the tape machine. Confirm that all cases are properly taped and properly labeled before loading on to the pallets.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: * Safety First. Understand and follow all safety procedures, utilizing appropriate safety equipment at all times. Know and obey all traffic and safety laws/regulations.
Making sure all orders are placed on or in the correct container, be it pallets, baskets, or racks.
Communicate with the Processing Management for the proper completion and staging of each order.
Properly identify each pallet according to order.
Responsible for carrying out food safety and quality duties and following the SQF polices/procedures as it relates to their job duties.
Will report any food safety and quality issues/concerns to their manager and/or quality team.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s).
Report any food safety and quality issues/problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.
Keep pallet jacks and forklifts recharged and tape machine working properly.
Report any equipment failure immediately to the Processing Management.
Keep work area safe, neat, and clean at all times.
Perform all other tasks as requested by management.

Pan Stacker (Depanner)
Responsible for checking that bread coming out of the oven is not burnt or not cooked, if so, reports to the Oven Operator.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Responsible for checking that the Dee Pannier machine is clean and in good working conditions.
Checks that the area is clear of mold carts.
Checks that the greaser deposit is filled for easy handling when in use, if not reports it to the Supervisor.
Supervises that the pans coming out of the oven do not stack one on another accidentally to avoid loses.
Picks up the pans and stacks them in the racks.
Checks the type of bread coming out of the oven and sets the right size suction cups belt accordingly.
Stacks pans and leaves them in the correct place
Keeps clean and organized the working area constantly.
If bread do not have the quality specifications reports it to the Oven Operator, and /or Production Foreman
Reports to Maintenance Department of any mechanical failure.
Uses equipment adequately.
Stops the oven if there is a hazardous condition, (if the pans are backing up to the oven), and call Oven Operator, and Production Supervisor.
Responsible for working following safety rules.
Operates the Depanner correctly and verifies that the covers and other security devices are in place.
Reports any mechanical failure or incident that could be a hazard to the operation and will stop production when necessary.
Verifies continually that product characteristics are the correct ones when bread comes out of the oven.
Makes sure area is kept clean at all times and at the end of the shift.
Notifies of any mechanical failure to the Maintenance Department and to the Supervisor.
Understands the Dee Pannier operation.
Has general security knowledge of the bakery operation.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Can regulate the Dee Pannier suckers according to each product.
Basic math skills.
