Pan Stacker (Depanner)
Responsible for checking that bread coming out of the oven is not burnt or not cooked, if so, reports to the Oven Operator.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Responsible for checking that the Dee Pannier machine is clean and in good working conditions.
Checks that the area is clear of mold carts.
Checks that the greaser deposit is filled for easy handling when in use, if not reports it to the Supervisor.
Supervises that the pans coming out of the oven do not stack one on another accidentally to avoid loses.
Picks up the pans and stacks them in the racks.
Checks the type of bread coming out of the oven and sets the right size suction cups belt accordingly.
Stacks pans and leaves them in the correct place
Keeps clean and organized the working area constantly.
If bread do not have the quality specifications reports it to the Oven Operator, and /or Production Foreman
Reports to Maintenance Department of any mechanical failure.
Uses equipment adequately.
Stops the oven if there is a hazardous condition, (if the pans are backing up to the oven), and call Oven Operator, and Production Supervisor.
Responsible for working following safety rules.
Operates the Depanner correctly and verifies that the covers and other security devices are in place.
Reports any mechanical failure or incident that could be a hazard to the operation and will stop production when necessary.
Verifies continually that product characteristics are the correct ones when bread comes out of the oven.
Makes sure area is kept clean at all times and at the end of the shift.
Notifies of any mechanical failure to the Maintenance Department and to the Supervisor.
Understands the Dee Pannier operation.
Has general security knowledge of the bakery operation.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Can regulate the Dee Pannier suckers according to each product.
Basic math skills.
Bilingual English-Spanish: writing and reading level 50%
CERTIFICATIONS OR LICENSES REQUIRED:

· Safely Operate Bottom Stacker of the corrugator
· Ability to read production sheets
· Quickly identify a quality defect and communicate immediately to machine operators.
· Quality checks using micrometer, tape measure, etc.

Stacker Operator (3Rd Shift)
The Stacker Operator operates the stacker to ensure the bundles are squared up and ensures that boards are placed in proper location and following customer packaging instructions. This is a second shift position.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receives assignments and instructions from supervisor - verbal and written.
- Responsible for machine setups.
- Cuts stock material to length.
- Marks and sorts steel into sequential order of usage.
- Loads stock coil to de-reeler; changes coils of steel and removes and places stock coils in
- Department storage area. Records coil numbers. Records weights. Measure sheared laminations
- May work in Med Power, Large Power or EHV product lines.
- Use PC to record SPC on burr heights on core shearing and SPC on epoxy mixing machine. Use PC to track coil heights per unit.
- Moves pallets of finished material to specified area.
- Performs minor repairs and machine maintenance and clean up.
- Performs other work as required.
- Keeps equipment, tools and work place neat and orderly. Train on S – S.
- Set up stacking table and stacking table gauges.
- Stack bottom yoke; center and right and left limbs.
- Stacks laminations in predetermined stepped increments.
- Blocks steps as per specifications.
- Assemble bottom press flange to yoke with flitch plates.
- Epoxy and band limbs complete.
- Moves laminations in and out of work place.
- Gauges and measures core at intervals to ensure correctness of stacking.
- Fabricate yoke strap bands and miscellaneous shear items.
- Stack and assemble booster cores and main cores.
- Cut odd laminations as required.
- Assist in training of new operators.

Felonies case by case. Employer seeking individual for a Warehouse Feed Stacker whose primary function is to neatly stack up to fifteen bags of feed per minute from a conveyor belt to mini pallets or wooden pallets.
Weights of bags will vary from ten pounds to fifty pounds per bag. Will work Full-time, 2nd shift 3pm-11pm, Monday-Friday, with weekends and OT possible, salary DOE. No experience needed.
