Job Description:
The Regional Builder Manager is a leadership role in overseeing the installation process of Whirlpool appliances. Regional Builder Program Manager
Position Summary
This person is responsible for improving and developing relationships with builders and contractors throughout the branch territory. This will include the regional and local offices of national builders, regional builders, contractors, and subcontractors. Overall goal is to raise the awareness of the benefits of Simpson products, system solutions, Simpson software solutions and services including training resources. Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Builder position may coordinate and manage Asst Builders on multi-tract projects.
Studies specifications to plan on basis of starting and completion times and staffing for each phase of construction.
Orders procurement materials to be delivered at specified times to conform to work schedules.
Coordinates all on site construction without supervision including daily interaction with Division departments and city inspectors while coordinating and managing efforts of staff and subcontractors through all phases of construction.

Education and Experience:
Prior experience in residential construction.
Experience scheduling and supervising.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Physical Requirements:
Must have the hand/eye coordination necessary to operate office business machines (calculator, phone, fax, copier, etc.) and a personal computer.
Hearing and speech sufficient to verbally communicate in person and on the telephone.
Physical ability to work on irregular surfaces and cramped areas (rough lots, crawl spaces, stairs, attics, roofs, etc.)
Ability to drive a vehicle.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Availability and ability to work extended workdays.
