Galleher has a manufacturing facility in Phoenix AZ that specializes in custom flooring. The facility has the following job openings:
Production Woodworker - Has some level of experience in mill operations, including setup and/or running of planers, jointers, upcut and downcut saws, molders, gang rip saws and the like. Previous woodworking experience in a mill environment is mandatory. Duties would also include feeding and tailing of the above listed machines as well as ongoing QC checking/defecting of material as necessary.
Color Specialist - must have an excellent eye for color and be able to reproduce colors on various platforms, including water-based and solvent finishes. Knowledge of UV coatings and reactive stains a huge plus.
Finisher - Must be knowledgeable on hand and automated machine spraying of water-based and solvent finishes, Must be able to set-up and run various production staining and finishing machines and hand and machine back-sanding/scuffing.

The Woodworker constructs and repairs items such as boxes, crates, pallets, and storage bins from wood and wood substitutes, studies specifications; and measures, marks, and cuts boards, using patterns, templates, ruler, pencil, and hand and power saws. This worker fastens or installs parts, using hammer, nailing machine, or power staple, repairs defective containers by replacing damaged parts, inserts wood bracings, cardboard files, and felt pads in containers. This incumbent may build crate around object, using ruler, hand tools, and pneumatic nailer, may fabricate, repair, modify, and replace woodwork on vehicle sides and beds, apply preservative to prolong wood life, and may pack, seal, band, and apply markings to crates and containers.

Rustica Hardware is currently seeking an Experienced Woodworker who will perform a variety of duties within the woodshop. This position will report to the woods shop manager, and will be responsible for ensuring accurate work, per customer orders.
This position will be primarily responsible for completion of custom orders that require extensive knowledge of woodworking principles, machinery, and processes. As custom orders fluctuate, this individual will work with normal production orders and products. High attention to detail required, along with creativity and the ability to follow instructions. The ideal candidate will have experience with various wood working tools, and have a proven history of hard work and determination to produce highest-quality products. We are looking for someone looking to grow with a company, and who has a proven history of long-term employment. The ideal candidate will have a sense of urgency, as well as innovative and continually looking for improvements to processes.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on woodworking experience (cabinetry and construction experience a plus)
- Experience running a variety of woodworking machinery
- Ability to read blueprints and other shop drawings
- Prior knowledge of wood working equipment required
