Operate the beamer at maximum possible efficiency, ensuring that a quality warp is produced in the safest manner possible.
Repair all end breaks
De-creel empty packages and creel full packages
Check warps and make necessary adjustments when needed to insure warp quality
Adjust combs to insure proper lay of selvage ends
Leases warp prior to doffing
Doff beams, use monorail to remove beams and stage
Remove spurs from beam head prior to running and labels with style running
Adjust beam head width for correct style
Make style changes as required including creel work
Using low pressure air hose, blow off sectional eye boards and comb off debris
Use aspirator to blow back packages
Notify mechanic and/or supervisor of and mechanical or electrical failures
Maintain finish tray with adequate amount of lubrication
Maintain good housekeeping at beamer
Must be able to work weekends, holidays, overtime and shifts as required
Must be able to perform basic skills in math, reading, and writing to complete required tickets and reports
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for long periods of time
Must be able move empty and full beams with monorail
Must be able to assist creelers by lifting 20-pound packages to a height of 72 inches on a regular basis

12 hours 8pm
Sets tricots behind beamer via powered industrial truck.
Unload/load tricots via overhead crane.
Pulls tricot ends to tie-in rack.
Rack and tie tricot ends using knotter.
Run knots onto loom beam.
Doff full loom beam and replace with empty loom beam.
Operates beamer and observes yarn to detect breaks and tangles.
Repair broken ends, when needed.
Creates beam ticket for each beam doffed.
Insures proper alignment and speed of beamer.
Cuts waste from beam, if necessary.
Operates powered industrial equipment.
Replace empty propane tank on powered industrial truck when necessary.
Changes warp truck battery, when needed.
Operates warp truck.
Adheres to quality standards.
Wears required personal protective equipment for task at hand.
Beamer must be stopped before operator gets into creel behind tricot to get end up.
Only in speed of slow or creep may operator be in creel behind tricot.
Gloves must be worn when handling beams or tricots.
No sitting on motor covers in creel.
When an operator is in creel the other operator needs to be at controls in creel section unless multiple ends are out on various tricots. When this occurs the supervisor or lead person will have someone to assist at the controls.
No operator needs to be under the eye board when machine is running at full speed. Can only be under the eye board when running in creep or slow mode.
No reaching over the chains in the beaming area.
Use UHMW stick to smooth and straighten out ends coming off the tricots or running onto the loom beam while the Beamer is running.
Maintains clean and orderly work area.
Works safely and orderly.
Perform all necessary miscellaneous work pertaining to the above job duties.
Notifies supervision of any hazardous or unsafe work conditions.
Any other duties assigned by management.
HEARING / SPEAKING:
Must be able to communicate with co-workers and management as needed to perform job.
Vertical – Ability to reach full arm extension to perform job duties.
Horizontal – Ability to reach full arms extension to perform job duties.
Must have adequate normal, color vision and depth perception to perform job duties. Ability to utilize both near and far visions while performing job duties. Ability to draw ends through the comb.
BENDING / STOOPING:
Ability to bend, squat, stoop, or kneel throughout a twelve (12) hour shift, as needed.
Ability to make decisions regarding work priorities. Ability to read and understand computer screen charts.
Ability to learn computer system instructions. Ability to obtain powered industrial equipment license. Ability to operate overhead crane.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering the highest quality patient care according to the specific orders of each patient's individual physician. This will involve, utilizing your knowledge and skills to educate patients and their families on prevention and healthy habits.
Additional responsibilities for this health care role include:
Monitoring patients' conditions and assessing their needs
Collaborating with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients
Administering patients' medications and providing treatments according to physicians' orders
Fostering a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families
Mixes and administers chemotherapy, hydrationand other medications under the direction and supervision of a physician.
Assists physician with exams and procedures.Maintains efficient and appropriate patient flow in and out of exam rooms.
Records patient data prior to each physicianvisit, including but not limited to, vital signs, height, weight, allergies,medication changes.
Maintains all exam room disinfection protocols.Assesses patients for changes in condition, including but not limited toabnormal labs, x-rays, scans, drug reactions and initiates appropriate action.
Maintains knowledge of reimbursement procedures.Completes all chemotherapy charge forms. Assures pre-authorization andappropriate consent forms are obtained prior to administration of therapies.
Demonstrates knowledge of ambulatory infusionpump use and maintenance, cleaning pumps after use, and proper documentation ofpump usage.
Facilitates dose modification by assessingpatient, assessing labs, consulting protocol or treatment plan, calculatingdose, and consulting physician regarding dosage modifications, problems, andsymptom management.
Performs venipuncture, accesses implanted ports andmaintains central lines catheter devices.
Administers all medications/blood products usingcorrect medication/blood product, dosage/amount, route, time and technique.
Displays appropriate technical skills for theadministration of chemotherapy, medications and blood products, to include, butnot limited to: venipuncture, central line access and infusion devices.
Programs portable infusion pumps for continuousdrug delivery and provides instruction to the patient and/or caregiver in theuse of the pump at home.
Documents nursing assessments, patient teachingand fluid and medication administration in the patient chart. Communicates allpertinent information and any interventions to the physician.
Assures nursing charges are accurate andcomplete on patient fee slips. Acts as a resource person to the medicalassistants.
Triages patient phone calls as needed anddocuments relevant information in the patient's chart. Assesses patient/familyneeds and provides teaching
We are looking for a responsible and compassionate Registered Nurse with top-notch clinical skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. It is also important to display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to effectively educate patients and their families on the in-home healthcare process.
Additional requirements for this role include:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in our state
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) required
Specialty certification (ex: CCRN, CNOR, CEN) preferred
Additional certification or licensure may be required for some specialty areas
