GENERAL PURPOSE : To manufacture printed and non-printed forms on a 6 color rotary web press.

- Setup/program CNC turret OR brake press to perform operations in appropriate order to machine parts to specifications following routings, job tickets and blueprints.
- Operate turret or brake presses to form, bend, punch and notch.
- Inspect/check product in accordance with procedures using gauges and measuring tools to ensure print specifications and quality standards are maintained.
- Timely and accurate completion of required paperwork on inspection and operations (job tickets, scrap and daily production records etc).
- Stack and move material as required.

High Lift Equipment Operator:
Equipment Operators lift and stack merchandise onto/off conveyor lines, semi-trailers, pallets or other storage containers and racks within the Distribution Center. Equipment Operators carry out their duties using a variety of powered industrial equipment that may include: forklifts, stand-up forklifts, order selectors, or other equipment. Operate power equipment at least 80% of working hours. Equipment Operators are also responsible for handling full cases of product, including consistent lifting of cartons and merchandise onto and off conveyor lines, pallets and other storage containers. Maintain and verify documentation and information to facilitate flow of merchandise through the Distribution Center.
Must possess the ability to:
Individual contributor responsible for operating a forklift to unload cartons from semi-trailers, move carton/products throughout the distribution center and load cartons onto semi-trailers. Spends at least 80% of working hours operating power equipment. Ability to be trained to operate power equipment. High Lift Operators safely operate stand-up forklift equipment, stocking and retrieving cases of product from high bay storage areas. These positions require continuous lifting of packages weighing 50 pounds. High Lift Operators are required to wear fall protection equipment and perform job duties at heights of 30-feet or greater. Associates are required to meet accuracy and production standards. Training is provided. Use SCADA to monitor and control plant operations, investigate and respond to alarms; scan multiple computer monitors simultaneously; navigate program screens to observe, track and retrieve on-line instrumentation readings for water, chemicals and equipment. Control process systems and analyze data to ensure State and Federal drinking water codes and regulations are met.
Perform data entry into spreadsheets and database programs, initiate and follow up on work orders for preventative and corrective maintenance; create and revise standard operating procedures; order chemicals, maintain, compile and review plant operations data; complete entries into the plant's log book; participate in pass down and review SCADA system to determine plant status and activities at shift change.

SENIOR WATER PLANT OPERATOR Experience: Five 5 years of experience as an operator at a water treatment plant. Two (2) of the five (5) years must have been working as a state-designated shift operator while holding a valid T3 operator certificate at a facility rated at a T4 level or higher.
License or Certificate: Possession of a valid Grade T4 Water Treatment Operator certificate issued by the California State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB). Special Requirement: Possession of, or ability to obtain, an appropriate, valid California driver's license is required.
