Instore Assistant Branch Manager
Description As an Assistant Branch Manager (ABM), you’ll be responsible for the daily operations, and opening and closing of the branch. This includes management of sales and service professionals to meet and exceed P&L goals and service targets. Provide sales leadership to ensure franchise growth through personal example and regular monitoring of team sales results. Partner with the Branch Manager to promote mentor and coach staff to achieve sales success. Assist in breaking down quarterly goals to weekly sales goals for branch sales staff. Assistant Branch Managers lead by example with meeting and exceeding individual sales goals. Manages and maintains schedule of branch staff to ensure proper coverage and foster a motivated, diverse team environment. We are currently seeking a
Groundperson to join our team.
Uses a chainsaw to cut brush, logs and stumps of larger trees.
Gathers brush and feed brush into wood chipper.
Applies chemical herbicide to right-of-way, following brush removal
Utilizes hose and spray nozzle from truck mounted spray equipment which includes tank, pump, hose reel, 200 feet of ½ inch hose, or utilizes back-pack to treat remote areas.
Services truck, chipper, and equipment, maintaining them in neat, clean, and specified mechanical order.
Assists senior spray person in mixing herbicide in holding tank.
Works around hazardous equipment.
Works around excessive noise from machines, chain saws, wood chipper, with hearing protection.
Works in all temperatures and weather and will be exposed to nature, i.e., irritating plants, biting or stinging insects, dust, etc.
Works on unlevel ground.
Works around falling limbs with protection.
Responsible for DOT maintenance and inspection requirements on all required vehicles.
Drives a 26,000 pound trim lift.
Due to the inherently dangerous nature of the industry and requirements to work with or around hazardous equipment, employees must be able to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time.
Must be able to wear necessary PPE as necessary.
Must be able to enter and exit a vehicle numerous times a day.

GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Wildlife Technician III assists biologists and scientists by performing a variety of tasks associated with fisheries and wildlife management, data collection, habitat management, wildlife-related public recreation, public access to state-owned conservation lands, equipment operation and maintenance, education, licensing, law enforcement and public relations.
The basic purpose of this work is to contribute to the protection and management of the state’s diversity of plants and animals, their habitats, and the public’s ability to access and enjoy wildlife resources. DETAILED STATEMENT OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Wildlife Technician III performs a variety of routine semi-skilled tasks as assigned in connection with culture of trout at McLaughlin State Fish Hatchery, including propagation and liberation of trout, and maintenance of the hatchery equipment, building and grounds.
Duties include: 1. Performs functional hatch house procedures as directed by supervisor to maintain and promote optimal growth, hygiene and overall health of the hatchery's juvenile stock. 2. Participates in fish spawning program under supervisor's direction to procure fertilized eggs if so needed. 3.
Delivers and distributes fish with a stocking truck to locations assigned by supervisor for the release of fish into the waters of the commonwealth. 4. Observes and cares for raceway production fish under supervisor’s direction to maximize production. 5. Follows all hatchery biosecurity procedures. 6.
Ensures normal water flow/aeration, detects and reports abnormal fish behavior to mitigate potential fish losses. 7. Performs generalized maintenance and repair of the hatchery's buildings, grounds, raceways, vehicles, etc. as specified by supervisor, to keep the hatchery in good operational condition. 8. Feeds hatchery stock each day following feed schedule provided by supervisor to promote maximum fish growth and raceway cleanliness. 9.
Assists in the construction, installation and use of predation control devises as instructed by supervisor, to reduce predation losses. 10. Works weekends and/or holidays on a rotating basis to maintain a seven day a week operation. 11. Operates facility pumping station as directed by supervisor to provide adequate water flow. 12.
Conducts tours of the hatchery facility and interacts with the general public concerning inquiries related to hatchery operation when assigned to do so by supervisor. 13.
Performs related work as required. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED AT HIRE (List knowledge’s, skills, abilities): 1.
Knowledge of hunting and fishing rules and regulations of the state. 2. Ability to perform basic mathematical formulas to analyze data. 3. Basic understanding of routine operations of Fisheries and Wildlife Districts and Hatcheries. 4.

Job Description The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term role that prepares an employee to perform a higher-level supervisory role, such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor.
