The Intelligent Cloud Global Black Belt Solution Sales Manager (GBB SSM) is a senior leader within our enterprise sales organization focused on advanced workloads. Responsibilities include winning complex and competitive deals, supporting the broader Microsoft field sales Specialist Team Unit in developing advanced workloads, building partner capability and capacity and landing key initiatives that will lead the transformation of our sellers, partners, and customers.   To optimize enabling the mainstream field, this team works closely with corporate business and product teams and is responsible for orchestrating transformative wins and orchestrating escalation resources. The Intelligent Cloud Black Belt team will be the model of solution selling and technical expertise, leading the delivery of high business value solutions that showcase our cloud platform as the market leading platform for business transformation.
As the leader for the Intelligent Cloud Black Belt team, you and your team will work extensively with the subsidiary field organizations in the LATAM Subsidiary to identify, drive and close complex sales opportunities for Intelligent Cloud solutions with a focus on Azure advanced workloads.   You will activate co-sell wins with key partners (ISV's and SIs), perform skills transfer for field and partners' sales, support priority deal escalations, land key Intelligent Cloud programs with the broader Microsoft field, recruit partners and drive the partner strategy for key Azure workloads, and own the transformation of Azure's Open Source Software opportunity on Azure across your territory.   You will lead the business with a focus on cloud consumption as the top priority.
To be successful in this role, you'll need proven sales pipeline development and opportunity management experience along with an innate ability to collaborate closely with field sales teams and their leadership to accelerate significant transformation across the Area Sales organization.   Demonstrated people development and leadership with a "growth mindset" culture across a diverse team of high performing, senior sales and technical talent is essential.   We are looking for a 'force multiplier' whose leadership can break through barriers to our sales transformation and lead the team with a very strong emphasis on customer and partner focus where the leader demonstrates by example and holds the leadership team responsible for the same.
The Intelligent Cloud Global Black Belt SSM will be responsible for:
-      Sales leadership to develop business specific, competitive and strategic initiative opportunity and pipeline.

Who we're looking for…
-      8+ years' experience in Enterprise software sales, business development, and/or enterprise consulting business development or equivalent.
-      5+ years of experience managing sales, business development and/or consulting   organizations of 10+ people in a formal first line manager or higher role.

The Process Engineer works with production, engineering and maintenance personnel to identify and successfully implement improvement opportunities for existing production processes. Elavon is currently seeking a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Process Improvement Project Leader to be a change agent, who will be responsible for building a culture of waste elimination by analyzing the effectiveness of business processes then developing and executing action plans to achieve optimal future state to reduce costs, streamline processes, and enhance overall customer experience. This position is a fundamental part of our cross-functional team located in a fast-paced transactional environment. The ideal candidate will be a strong facilitator with proven process improvement experience in various processes spanning the business.
It will also be necessary to be a strong project leader, facilitating office process kaizen and value stream mapping activities with groups that may be unfamiliar with Lean tools. He/she will need to influence and motivate project teams that span multiple departments and locations. Equally important will be simultaneously managing multiple enterprise continuous improvement (CI) projects from project definition through sustainment of improvements. Additional responsibilities include:
Works with Elavon's CI team in the development, implementation, and sustainment of a CI Strategy to drive a CI mindset throughout the organization and deliver tangible improvements in business performance;
Generates a minimum of $5 million in incremental revenue, cost savings, or process efficiency impact per calendar year;
Leads team on executing on existing CI initiatives and new ones identified by various business lines or Business Intelligence;
Quickly establishes credibility, influences project teams, and persuades professionals at all levels;
Collaborates with U.S. Bank CI Executive Team to ensure business line alignment;
Produces monthly KPIs and Steering Deck for senior leaders;
Supports the roadmap documentation of "as is" and future process;
Facilitates strategic Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, and Quick Hit projects from definition through execution;
Coordinates cross-functional resources for these events and communicates the results throughout the business;
Provides multiple what-if scenarios to find best solution to achieve future state and maintains well rounded understanding of financial impacts of these scenarios;
Develops and executes action plans, tracks project progress, establishes appropriate metrics, and reports on progress, achievements, and results, which includes executive-level reporting, management updates, and best practice(s) sharing throughout the organization;
Ensures changes are fully integrated through follow-up, perseverance, and consistency;
Selects and executes appropriate lean tools depending on situation -- VSM, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, JIT, Kanban, Visual Management, Pull systems, DMAIC, PFMEA, Root cause, 8D, and 5-why analysis, etc.;
Develops and delivers Lean training to all levels of the organization as needed; and
Builds the skills of all functional leaders and associates through hands-on interactions and personal mentoring in lean management tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent years of directly-related experience in Lean/Continuous Improvement roles
Eight-plus years of experience with business process improvement
Previous facilitator and coaching experiences where problem solving, process development, and/or behavior change methods and tools have been used
Strong proficiency in Lean principles, such as Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen
PMP Certification or similar (five) years of project management experience
Highly-proficient using Microsoft Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and SharePoint
