Prepare complex PC Design layouts, revisions or CAD library symbols per verbal instructions, electrical inputs, existing hardware or engineering lab models, received from both mechanical and electrical engineering and/or other technical support personnel to create highly complex circuit card assemblies incorporating Collins Aerospace best practice for fabrication, assembly and testability.
Interface and troubleshoot printed circuit designs, revisions and CAD library symbols with Manufacturing, Engineering and PWB fabrication vendors. Applicants must be able to mentor and coach junior level designers.
Proficient in Mentor EE7 schematic capture tool and Zuken CR5000 design capture tool, extensive use and knowledge of Auto Router tools and PCB design simulation (e.g. EMI signal integrity, thermal, signal analysis and design assembly and fabrication rules).

Personnel Review Board: The Board ensures fair and impartial due process hearings for the suspension, demotion or discharge of county employees in the classified service, as provided by and as prescribed under Wisconsin Statutes 63.10 and 63.12, and Chapters 33, 17.207, 9 and Civil Service Rule VII, Section 4 of the Milwaukee County General Ordinances.
Ethics Board: The Board reviews, investigates and determines, as needed, all verbal and written complaints of potential violations of the Ethics Code as outlined in Chapter 9 of the Milwaukee County General Ordinances by Milwaukee County employees, Milwaukee County office holders and candidates for public office of Milwaukee County. The Board reviews the rules, practices and procedures of the Ethics Code pursuant to Chapter 9 of the Milwaukee County General Ordinances. The Board reviews annual financial Statements of Economic Interests for Milwaukee County employees, Milwaukee County office holders, citizens serving on board and commissions of Milwaukee County and candidates for public office in Milwaukee County service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
As Administrator of the PRB:
Assimilate the exhibits, notes of testimony and original charges of each case and creates a clear, well-written description of how and why the PRB reached its decision in each case.
For all PRB meetings, review material received by all parties; ensure that the proper process is followed to place items on PRB agenda; present at meetings to organize case participants, determine quorum, swear in witnesses and take meeting notes of open/closed sessions.
As Administrator of Ethics Board Meetings:

- Analyze how well these capacitors will work in electronic circuits, and make judgments about risk

Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems sector is seeking an Engineer Circuit Design (Power and Control) 5 to join our team of creative and diverse engineers. The position will be located in Redondo Beach, CA.
Responsibilities range from designing, analyzing, and testing high-reliability DC to DC switch mode power converters and drive electronics for space and airborne platforms. The ideal candidate will be working through all phases of the development process ranging from bid proposals to product qualification and delivery.
Develop power and control electronics architectures and generate requirement
Conduct circuit design, analysis, and simulations
Perform Hardware testing and validation

Harris is seeking a talented Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The person filling this position will lead manufacturing related activities on programs and prototypes for government applications. The type of hardware produced at this Harris location is often complex, containing circuit card assemblies (CCA's), cable harnesses, and higher level box-build electro-mechanical assemblies.
Directing floor and engineering support personnel in the day-to-day execution of the manufacturing tasks
Generating/Updating assembly work instruction documentation in accordance with established requirements
Disposition of defective/failing hardware in support of meeting schedule, analyzing trends to identify where to take appropriate action
Supporting lean/process improvement initiatives of technical and operational nature
Supporting root cause and corrective action processes
Designing and developing manufacturing tools, strategies and systems
Assessing actual monthly performance versus plan for cost and schedule
Planning and requesting manpower/equipment/process resources
Reviewing and approving drawing and parts lists revision updates
Working alongside Quality, Test, and Reliability Engineering functions to achieve common program and operational goals
Create manufacturing proposals for new and follow-on work
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience OR Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
Experience with Box Build Electro-Mechanical Assemblies.

Background in a fast-paced production manufacturing environment
Background in developing/improving manufacturing processes
Familiarity with root cause and corrective action analysis tools for use towards manufacturing process problems, workmanship defects, mechanical test failures, etc.
Familiarity with micro-electronics manufacturing
Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt, or working knowledge of Lean/Process Improvement tools.
Good communication skills including the ability to deliver effective presentations to peers, management, and customers
