JOB PURPOSE AND SUMMARY
Employee shall stage, accurately track lot numbers of material staged, and continuously provide raw materials to the batching system for further processing. Included tasks are material handling, material tracking, and CIP/COP of processing rooms and equipment.
Support the review, understanding and compliance of all programs, policies and procedures contained in the Food Safety and Quality Management System.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Prepares and transfers bins, drums and other containers of raw materials into the batching process. Keeps complete and accurate documentation of material lot number and ID coders.
2.Pre-stages bins, drums and other containers of raw materials in the batch room and/or batch room.
3.Keeps dump room area and bin and drum storage areas clean and organized throughout the shift. Keep parts room clean and all parts organized and clean. Maintain lids, totes and tote room clean and organized.
4.Assist the bin dump operator I and/or II and learns to complete equipment CIP/COP and room sanitation.
5.Completes material tracking, CIP/COP and daily sanitation paperwork accurately and neatly.
6.Performs other duties as needed or assigned by supervisor.

Bin (Mig) Welder
Overview & Essential Job Functions
The Bin (Mig) Welder reports to the Bin Shop Supervisor. The Bin (Mig) Welder is personally responsible for welding repairs, fabrication of new and/or replacement parts for solid waste container (dumpster) bodies.
Essential Job Functions
Operate manual and automated welding equipment to repair welds, holes and metal parts on containers and equipment as needed.
Positions parts using clamps and tack welds.
Ability to fabricate parts and/or components relative to need or availability.
Performs safety inspections and checks on containers and equipment.
Must be able in flat and vertical planes (all position welding), examines for successful welds for depth and penetration (i.e. bead size and other specifications).
Completes required paperwork associated with repairing containers and equipment; to include documentation of parts usage, and repair times.
Attendance and successful accomplishment of all safety and compliance training.
Qualifications & Environmental Demands
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Trade School Certification.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in welding: MIG and fabrication.
Ability to effectively communicate Bin Welding issues and required repairs.

The Janitor Operator is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the dock and freezer areas while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
Team member will sweep and clean the area on front of the office at the beginning and end of each shift. Walk assigned area at the beginning and end of each shift removing any exposed product.
Thoroughly sweep and clean underneath and around racks and aisles in the freezer. Straighten products on pallets in the bins according to Bin Maintenance Guidelines. Empty trash cans and used plastic storage bins in the appropriate areas daily.
Compact used plastic and make plastic pales as needed. Transfer damaged cases to the sorting areas daily using a PIT Equipment. Other tasks as needed.
Janitor Operators must have the ability to read and comprehend simple instructions. This position has a set schedule of 3 days on and 3 day off, Red rotation is Sunday to Wednesday first half of shift, Blue rotation is 3 days off and 3 days on, Wednesday 2nd half to Saturday. A half shift is 6 hours, and a full shift is 12 hours.

- POSITION PURPOSE
The objective of this position is to ensure that the divider unit and components perform as expected and produce dough balls according to product specifications (size, shape, texture).
This position reports to the production Lead/Supervisor.
REPRESENTATIVE PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
Make sure that the correct drums & divider belts are being used, if not inform your supervisor/lead.
Remove any out of spec dough balls and place in designated work in process bin – if dough balls are contaminated remove and discard in dough waste bin - stop line and clear jams if /when necessary.
If divider not working properly, stop the unit and inform shift lead immediately.
Keep Safety in mind at all times – be familiar with location of all emergency stops – safety switches.
Assist with the weighing of the dough balls when/if instructed by shift lead.
Complies with all Company processes/standards/policies.
Performs additional duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
After training period, this position should be able to work under minimum supervision.
Must be able to write, read and use scale, calculator and interpret PLC readings (temp, dwell time, etc).
Required to stand and walk on concrete floors while infrequently lifting and carrying up to 15 pounds.
Frequent twisting of the back, and climbing, along with frequent use of both hands, is also required.
