Prepares and processes PCB’s through the wave solder machine. Inspects the PCB’s for defects pre and post wave and corrects any defects prior to delivery for assembly process. 2.
Analyzes, documents, and monitors temperature profiles for wave soldering using “Side-Kic” oven profiling technology to assure PCB’s are free of defects. 3.
De-panels PCBs that are processed using a multi-board format. 4.
De-drosses or removes contaminates from the top of solder pots. 5.
