Functional Description: Support Individual Contributor
Supports engineering activities such as design, test, check-out, modification, fabrication and assembly of prototype electro mechanical systems, experimental design circuitry, laser/light transmission devices or specialized test equipment. Applications may include electronic circuits, photonics and logic systems. Works from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts or defined plans to perform testing, checkout and trouble-shooting functions. Performs operational test and fault isolation on systems and equipment. Assists in determining methods or actions to remedy malfunctions. Assists in the design, construction, test and check-out of test equipment. Uses manufacturing, test, development or diagnostic equipment, including, but not limited to, test programs, oscilloscopes, signal generators and specialized test apparatus.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct Preventive and Reparative Maintenance duties on Production, Manufacturing, and R&D Equipment and Fixtures.
Ability to troubleshoot and maintain Automated production /process equipment, knowledgeable in PLC, Robotics 6 axis and pick and place robots, including but not limited to Pneumatic systems, Hydraulic/Fluidics systems, Electro/Mechanical systems, packaging equipment, resistance/ultrasonic welders, heat stakers. Perform equipment moves and setups.
Maintains and write Equipment Binders (EB), Maintain appropriate documents PM/CM documents, Pass-downs, Track-it work orders and performs IQ/OQ's, equipment validations. Helps maintain spare part inventories.
Able to use Hand and Power tools, Multimeters, Amp Meters, Manufacture test equipment, Calipers.
Ability to perform equipment activities in equipment development under supervision of the project engineer. Activities including assembly and testing of equipment, fixtures, processes and/or electronics, completing engineering studies and validations.
Follow Dexcom's Safety and Lock Out/Tag out (LOTO) program.
Required to work any shift, including weekends.
This position assumes and performs other duties as assigned.

The NC Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) is the lead stewardship agency for the protection of North Carolina's environmental resources. The organization, which has offices from the mountains to the coast, administers regulatory programs designed to protect air quality, water quality, and the public's health, and also works to advance an all-of-the-above energy strategy that fits North Carolina's needs.
DEQ also offers technical assistance to businesses, farmers, local governments, and the public and encourages responsible behavior with respect to the environment through education programs provided at DEQ facilities and through the state's school system. The Division of Air Quality (DAQ) works with the state's citizens to protect and improve outdoor, or ambient, air quality in North Carolina for the health, benefit and economic well-being of all. The DAQ Fayetteville Regional Office (FRO) is one of seven regional offices serving the citizens of North Carolina in their local area.
The regional offices operate and maintain a statewide network of air quality monitors to measure the level of pollutants in the outdoor air, issue permits to facilities emitting air pollutants, inspect permitted facilities for compliance with air quality regulations and assist the citizens of North Carolina with questions and concerns regarding air quality issues.

The primary duties of this position are to (1) perform the ambient air pollution monitoring duties and (2) to conduct compliance related activities in the 11 counties of the FRO.
The ambient monitoring duties include, but are not limited to, the daily operation of particulate samplers (PM10 AND PM2.5) and electronic continuous gaseous monitors (carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide, volatile organic compounds and ozone) at sites located throughout the region. This person shall conduct field calibrations of particulate and gas monitors and maintain quality assurance of collected data.
This person shall perform repair and maintenance on monitor hardware and electronics. This person shall assist the Central Office staff in review and revision of quality assurance plans.
The compliance duties may include responding to citizen complaints, assisting with community outreach, observing source tests, and performing on-site compliance inspections at various small sources. This person responds to and assists with complaints received from the public pertaining to open burning issues and other air quality problems and issues.
This person will document the complaint investigation in writing and determine if violations have occurred. This person must use discretion and good communication skills in resolving such complaints when working with the affected parties. This person must be able to technically review industrial facility records, engineering drawings, permit applications, and emission factors and determine compliance status with respect to State and Federal Air Quality Regulations. This person must write technical reports, inspection reports, enforcement letters and documents and general correspondence within established guidelines and timeframes.
This position requires strong computer skills, excellent customer relation skills, independent judgment, decision-making ability, and adaptability to policy and regulatory changes.

Fleet Technician B - Fleet Technician A (Bartlesville, OK)
Perform maintenance/repairs on sedans, light/medium/heavy trucks, trailers and heavy work equipment and any attached equipment, and/or auxiliary equipment, which is part of the specialized vehicles, operated by the Company. The following list sets forth the principal duties required for the job. This list is not intended to limit assignment of work or the degree of supervision under all operating conditions. Employee may perform miscellaneous, related, and incidental work in addition to that specifically outlined below.
Service and repair boom/pedestal assemblies of the Company's specialized equipment including troubleshooting equipment; inspect cables, chains and rods; inspect sheave liners; inspect and repair monitoring system; inspect fiberglass components; inspect turntable; remove and replace reduction gearboxes; inspect pins, bushings and bearings; and load test boom assemblies.
Service and repair hydraulic systems including troubleshooting the hydraulic system; inspect, remove and replace hydraulic pumps, motors, valves, cylinders and the accumulator; and remove and replace swivel collector block.
Service and repair heating and ventilation systems including diagnose A/C unit problems; conduct pressure test on A/C unit; check for leaks using appropriate devices; check internal system controls; replace compressor; service A/C clutch assembly; and replace compressor seals, refrigerant hose, condenser assembly, receiver dryer, and evaporator core.
Troubleshoot and repair winch assemblies. Service and repair the steering system of Company vehicles including repair power steering pump and manual steering gearbox. Service and repair the air brake systems of Company vehicles including air compressors, air brake chambers, and air control valves.
Service and repair hydraulic and electric braking systems including inspect and repair master cylinder; test power unit and vacuum supply; inspect power boost system; repair power brake system; and service and repair antilock brake system. Inspect and service differentials and power dividers. Inspect and service transmission assemblies of Company vehicles including manual clutch, manual transmissions and transfer cases, transaxles (front-wheel-drive), and automatic transmissions.
Service and repair the fuel and exhaust systems including computer control system; test and repair diesel fuel pump; inspect and service intake and turbo system; service and repair fuel injection system (gas/diesel); and inspect and service governors.
Assist others in the diagnosis of more complex problems. Operate Company vehicles and associated equipment and perform duties incidental to the operation of such equipment.
Perform duties in accordance with the Company's safety rules, regulations and practices and report unsafe conditions and practices.
Maintain tools, equipment and work area in a clean and orderly condition. Maintain records and submit reports as required.
Attend and participate in training as assigned and assist in the training of other employees.
Perform less skilled work as assigned. Report irregularities and abnormal conditions.
Assist employees of equal or higher classification. Direct the work of employees assigned to assist.
Substation/Metering Technician (Imc Technician II)
Job Responsibilities…. Accountable to Electric Operations Manager; Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Consult manuals, schematics, wiring diagrams and engineering personnel in order to troubleshoot and solve equipment problems and determine optimum equipment functioning.
Prepare and maintain reports detailing all tests, repairs, and maintenance performed.
Troubleshoot, repair, replace and clean equipment and components in a substation.
Installation, maintenance, testing and calibration of all metering equipment and wiring
Meter reading for large consumers and verification reads involving correct meter operation inspections
Maintain files on meters and metering equipment including test records and monthly meter inventory
Process all meters and enter information into the ECIS customer billing system. Complete all necessary updates to ensure accuracy of meter information in the ECIS customer billing system
Investigation of voltage and meter complaints including installation/removal of voltage/amperage recording equipment
Completion of work related forms such as time/transportation reports, stock slips, retirement sheets, etc.
Create and maintain database for meter testing and substation equipment testing/maintenance
Respond to customer concerns and complaints
Follows all Chesapeake's safety rules and regulations
Special assignments as required
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of electricity and related systems/diagrams.
One year experience in operation and maintenance of electrical substation and associated equipment preferred.
Willingness to actively participate in training programs to advance knowledge/skill level.
Proficiency with electrical testing equipment, hand tools and computers preferred.
MS Word and Excel preferred.
