ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide a positive impression of the F&B outlets by greeting guests in a warm, genuine manner.
If guests have to wait to be seated, Host/Cashiers are expected to make them comfortable while they wait.
Ensures all menus are wiped down and presentable prior to seating the guest.
Locate a table that is the right size for the guests and seats them according to proper table rotation.
Moves tables and adjusts seating for large parties.
Sets tables with silverware, placemats and menus.
Takes check and method of payment from guest and properly rings it under the appropriate payment type. Provides change as necessary.
Maintains paperwork in a neat organized manner and turns in to the cage along with bank amount and revenue at the end of each shift.
Maintains an open line of communication with Supervisors and Managers concerning any guest issues, problems and/or solutions.
Maintains a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guests and fellow team members.
6 months of cashiering experience in a similar food and beverage outlet strongly preferred.

The research is part of a project investigating bird-habitat relationships for grassland obligate birds in the Marfa grasslands of Texas. One of the variables being measured at a micro-habitat scale in temperature. This data, along with bird location and vegetation composition data, will aid in our understanding of grassland bird habitat selection.

Job Skills / Requirements
We are looking for a professional self-motivated individual with the ability and desire to learn all aspects of our operation. They will need to be willing to study test material and get licensed for Pest Control and certified in lift operations in their first 90 days of employment. After 90 days they will be assigned a route, provided a service vehicle and be required to manage that route with limited supervision.
We provide service in Pest Management and bird abatement as well as skilled handyman services. Bi-lingual and mechanically inclined is a plus.
They will be cross trained to eliminate all types of insects and asked to perform on lifts that could extend to 85' in a lift. Must not be fearful of insects or heights.
Wage will start at $12.00 per hour with a 90 day probationary period. Once probation period is complete and retained full time they will be bumped up to $14.00 per hour. After one year of satisfactory performance the hourly Rate will increase to $16.00 per hour.

Locally owned and operated pest Management Company is seeking an individual to perform bird exclusion (high velocity pellet gun) and removal for approximately 10-15 hours per week. (equipment is company supplied)
Position requires at least one year of prior experience as a marksman or sharp shooter and the ability to work flexible hours (mostly between 10 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., though some daytime hours may be required.)
Qualified candidates will be knowledgeable of and experienced using a firearm. A trained marksman for removal of birds by gun is required.
The selected candidate will be dealing with some high profile clients, primarily in commercial environments and a few domestic sites, therefore good personal presentation is a must.
