Job Summary
Summary:
Operates Point of Sale system, assists the Chef, prepares coffee, and keeps the coffee and cashier stations clean.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Helps prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods and desserts. Also helps prepare catering orders.
Performs cashier duties using the POS system.
Perform general cleaning duties; removes trash and garbage to designated areas.
Provides service in all retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
Cashiers according to established procedures, maintaining cash accuracy with receipts. Makes deposits at the end of each shift.
Inventories and restocks supplies and food products.
Sets up serving line, ensuring temperatures are taken, recorded and within acceptable ranges; notifies cooks if food temperatures are not within acceptable limits.
Serves hot and cold items to customers.
Sets up items for purchase on daily basis.
Keeps refrigerator stocked and product rotated using the first in, first out rule.
Stocks pantries with correct par levels of food items on a daily basis. Records replenished amounts on floor stock form for each unit. Records refrigerator temperatures on floor stock form daily.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Administrative management tasks include personnel administration, staff development/training, and consultation/technical assistance provided to subordinate staff
Accountable for the design and implementation of a comprehensive plan of vocational rehabilitation services primary caseloads for adults over 21
Will evaluate diagnostic data to determine eligibility and required services
Collaboratively develop a written plan of rehabilitation services with the consumer

Export Coordinator

The Export Coordinator provides export coordination primarily ensuring that the Customer Service group has the available appointments and logistics support to schedule and move product for export. Analyzes our distribution network and transportation options, making recommendations that directly affect the volume of product that can be exported. The Coordinator will confirm the transportation plan is communicated to all the loading facilities and confirm the release of daily sales orders. Duke Physician Assistant Or Nurse Practitioner - Gibson Cancer Center
Gibson Cancer Center located in Lumberton, NC is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) for general oncology.
Gibson CC is a Duke Health and Duke Cancer Network affiliate providing specialty services in hematology and medical oncology in an outpatient clinic setting.
This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position, no weekends or holidays.
The APP will augment the physician's ability to provide oncology services to patients in outpatient setting and will collect and document data Hematology Oncology patients to include:
Will conduct diagnostic and therapeutic procedures (lumbar puncture, intrathecal chemotherapy, paracentesis, thoracentesis, and bone marrow biopsies), order and schedule laboratory studies and professional consultations and provide direct patient care services.
Take patient histories, conduct physical examinations, and record the date in the patient's record; write progress notes; prepare patient workups and summaries noting pertinent positive and negative findings; obtain psycho-social history relevant to patient care, and assume responsibility for developing therapeutic relationships with patients.
Order and schedule laboratory studies and diagnostic procedures; explain necessity, preparation, nature and anticipated effects of scheduled diagnostic and therapeutic procedures to the patient. Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures to assist physician in diagnosing medical and surgical problems and prescribing necessary treatment and services for quality patient care; record the normal and abnormal data for review by attending physician.

Official Court Reporter - Resident
Description of Work
RECRUITMENT RANGE: $42,420.00 - $76,166.00
SALARY GRADE: Flat Rated
The North Carolina Administrative Office of the Courts seeks a certified Court Reporter to support its mission to protect and preserve the rights and liberties of all the people by providing a fair, independent and accessible forum for the just, timely and economical resolution of their legal affairs.
An Official Court Reporter records proceedings in court trials, hearings, and conferences using either stenotype or voice writing reporting methods; accurately transcribes the record of court proceedings and delivers certified transcripts in a timely fashion pursuant to applicable rules; reads aloud, as circumstances require, statements made by participants during court proceedings; ensures that evidence has been properly introduced and marked as an exhibit; takes dictation of orders and findings of fact and types them for a judge's signature; maintains files, notes, tapes, and records to facilitate later reference and use; responds to inquiries from court personnel, attorneys, citizens, and prisoners; completes activity reports and travel reimbursement forms, and submits them to the Administrative Office of the Courts in a timely fashion.
Though supervised on a daily basis by the presiding judge, this Resident Reporter position reports to the Court Reporting Manager and is subject to assignments in various judicial districts as court coverage dictates. Transcripts are paid in addition to base salary.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities / Competencies
Knowledge of: English grammar, punctuation, and spelling; court rules, regulations, procedures, and operations; legal and various specialized terminology; and transcript format and style.
Skill in: transcribing notes rapidly and accurately; and using court reporting hardware.
Ability to: take dictation rapidly and accurately for extended periods of time at a speed sufficient to have attained the required certification; accurately transcribe notes; type a volume of material over a sustained period of time within deadlines; maintain confidentiality; and represent the court in a manner consistent with its decorum.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Graduation from high school and current certification from the National Court Reporters Association as a Registered Professional Reporter (RPR) or the National Verbatim Reporters Association as a Certified Verbatim Reporter (CVR).
Candidates with advanced level certification such as Registered Merit Reporter (RMR), Certificate of Merit (CM), Certified Realtime Reporter (CRR), or Realtime Verbatim Reporter (RVR) also desired. Completion of a court reporting program either approved by the National Court Reporters Association, endorsed by the National Verbatim Reporters Association, or sponsored by an institute of higher learning preferred but not required.
