What will you be doing?
Lead cultural change through programs in collaboration with the business with a strong emphasis on performance development.

What do we require from you?
Bachelor's degree required.

What part will you play?
The Business Strategy & Operations group plays a core role in maintaining/optimizing B/R's existing businesses (including content creation, programming/distribution, and supporting our ad-driven revenue products) and exploring, building, or piloting new ones. The Director of Strategy and Operations will partner with senior leadership (strategy, operations, BD, content, product/engineering, etc.) on a variety of strategic projects. What will you be doing?
- Own or support a multitude of strategic initiatives
- 60% Under the supervision of the VP Strategy & Analytics, help with a variety of repeatable projects, including (but not limited to) strategic management offsite planning and facilitation, ensuring company communication from leadership is consistent and exhaustive, evaluation of new business opportunities, and more. Oversee market research or business model creation to support strategic opportunities under evaluation (market sizing, competitive analyses, SWOT analyses, etc.) Work closely with senior leadership (CEO and others) to evaluate new opportunities and measure success/failure of existing initiatives.

- 40% Manage and develop team of 2 Manager-level employees who focus on a variety of strategic and operational projects. These employees should be high performers with high ceilings - people who could take on a variety of roles in their tenure at B/R. This Director-level role is no different, but a significant portion of his/her time should be spent developing/growing the people on his/her team to reach their full potential. Communicate consistently/effectively with other members of the internal team whose departments would benefit from the strategic project this person is working on. Understand and interpret the business impact (benefit) of pursuing the initiative(s) this person is evaluating.
What do we require from you?
At least 6 - 8 years' work experience in strategy/operations, consulting, finance, tech, media, start-ups, or other related fields.
Experience managing small teams directly and influencing large departments/teams indirectly.
Experience building/overseeing business cases and simple financial models; ability to perform analysis on and uncover insights from data; ability to oversee projects of this nature but simultaneous willingness to roll up his/her sleeves and do the work him/herself.
Ability to own a project independently start-to-finish AND communicate up, down, and across thoroughly throughout scope of project.
Strong understanding of digital/mobile/social media space and of relevant sports media properties (B/R and others); proven interest in the direction the space is heading.
Bonus Points: Experience working in sports or sports media. College degree required. Masters degree (especially MBA) preferred.

Aspen High School Custodian
Aspen High School seeks an evening custodian to begin duties immediately. Applications will be reviewed as received until the vacancy is filled.
Reports to: Building Maintenance Technician and School Principal
Terms of employment: 12-month classified, non-exempt, At Will employee
Work Schedule: As per individual assignment in keeping with a 12-month work calendar
Work Hours: Approximately 2 pm to 10 pm Monday through Friday - as assigned by Head of Maintenance/Custodians
Work Calendar: In keeping with 248 day, 12-month classified staff work calendar
The purpose of this position is to provide a safe, attractive, comfortable, clean, and efficient school environment.
Clean designated areas/spaces, including washing, mopping, vacuuming, sweeping and other floor cleaning; shoveling, and recycling as assigned or directed by the supervisor, reporting any damages, concerns/hazards to the building administrator and Head of Custodians/Maintenance;
Perform minor maintenance duties such as some carpentry repairs, replacing bulbs and tightening or replacing faucets, ensuring the facilities are properly maintained, safe, and attractive;
Perform setup and follow-up take-down for events or meetings in the facilities, including moving furniture, supplies, and/or equipment and set-up and replacement of bleachers if assigned;
Evaluate situations (involving staff, students, parents, the public) for the purpose of taking appropriate action or directing to appropriate personnel for resolution of situation to maintain a safe school environment;
Secure all doors and windows and turn off lights (except as needed for safety reasons) at the end of the shift, reporting any damages and safety concerns to the Head of Custodians/Maintenance and building administrator;
Maintain all custodial equipment, requesting needed supplies and equipment from the supervisor in a timely manner;
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
Minimum Education or Formal Training: High School or equivalent
Minimum Experience: 1 to 3 years custodial work
As security and safety are important components of the position, the employee must be able to communicate clearly and concisely in English both in writing and orally. Bilingual Spanish communication skills are a plus

To maintain a clean and safe environment at the assigned location for students, APS staff and the community and assists in the assignment and direction of other custodians at the site and performs inspections regularly.
Incumbent must achieve the following outcomes with or without reasonable accommodation:
Cleans all areas as directed by an immediate supervisor according to established procedures.
Ensures custodial work is performed efficiently and safely and that resulting work improves the safety and cleanliness of all areas.
Complies with local laws and APS procedures for the storage and disposal of supplies, chemicals, trash and waste; safely handles chemicals according to chemical directions and APS policy.

Waters plants, mows lawns, trims shrubs, cuts weeds, rakes and performs other outdoor duties as assigned; operates and handles all equipment, tools and supplies in a safe manner.
Provides service for emergency work or overtime as needed.
Regulates heating and air conditioning systems for appropriate temperatures and efficient operation.
Checks regularly to ensure all exits and panic bars are operating properly.
Conducts inventory procedures and submits requisitions for supplies and equipment.
Coordinates with supervisor regarding work orders, assignments and completion of performance appraisals.
Reviews work orders to determine priorities and assists in the development of work schedules and duties.
Directs and assigns custodians and inspects buildings and grounds on a regular basis to ensure effective and efficient completion of assigned tasks in a safe manner, and in accordance with established APS standards and policies.
Inspects custodial tools and equipment to ensure proper operation, usage, cleaning, maintenance and storage.
