Primary duties: Instruct all road and yard crews as to the movement, make-up and placement of trains and cars in yard limits including industry placement and pull.
Perform all computer work relating to arrival and departure of trains and individual switching of cars, waybills, I/C, industry and yard inventory. Supervise train movement for Metra 74th St. to Manhattan. Perform any other duties that may be assigned by Supervision.
Candidates must be able to type 35 words per minute. Training and hourly wages are set by the union agreement between the Transportation Cmmunications Union and Norfolk Southern.

Job Description: :
F16 Sheet Metal Technician/Structures. Provide formal organizational and intermediate level maintenance on the F-16 composite structures.
The training will include designs, repairs, modifies and fabricates aircraft, metal, plastic, composite, advanced composite, and bonded structural parts and components. Inspecting structures and components and determining operational status, as well as assessing damage to aircraft structural components according to specifications and technical publications. Interprets inspection findings, and determines corrective action adequacy.
Uses metalworking equipment and tools to form, cut, bend, and fasten replacement or repair parts to damaged structures and components. Fabricates, repairs, and assembles structural parts, components, and tubing, checks repairs for serviceability. Identifies, removes, and treats corrosion using mechanical and chemical procedures, applies preservative treatments and corrosion protective coatings to aircraft, missiles, and support equipment (SE). Applies aircraft paint schemes and markings to aircraft, missiles, and support equipment (SE). Posts entries and maintains maintenance and inspection records. Stores, handles, and disposes of hazardous waste and materials according to environmental standards.
The instructor shall posses at a minimum the equivalent of a USAF skill level of seven (7) with at least 4 years current military experience working in an F-16 structural repair backshop. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is mandatory.
All instructors shall be U.S. citizens. All personnel must have a secret clearance or the ability to obtain a secret clearance prior to employment. All necessary instructor, technical and skills certifications must be obtained prior to employment.

We seek a dedicated individual who will operate overhead crane controls to stage, rotate stock and feed materials to conveyor for burning. This individual will oversee storage conditions, levels, lighting, door openings and proper operation of the crane.
Managing levels and height of material piles as well as inspecting cranes for defective parts and notifying supervisor of defects or malfunctions is essential. Keeping crane cabs neat and orderly is a requirement, as well as performing operational preventive maintenance and general housekeeping daily. This job also entails completing PM sheets and work orders as required.
