Hawthorne Army Depot, known as "The Largest ammunition storage facility in the world," is centrally located near the modest community of Hawthorne, Nevada, at the base of 11,000 ft. Mt. Grant and at the south end of large and historical Walker Lake on Highway 95. This position is subject to a collective bargaining agreement.
Prepare cargo for shipment by land, sea, or air by blocking, bracing, staying, and securing. Follow Safety Data Sheet guidelines for handling, storage, and disposal of Hazardous Materials. Follow WPM/IPPC regulations.
Examine ammunition and components, determine required location in conveyance, note critical measurements, weights, and weight distribution of items in accordance with applicable regulations.
Interpret blueprints, weapons requirement specifications, and sketches. Use practical mathematics. Determine proper procedure from a variety of work methods and frequently devises methods of operations.
Cut and fabricate blocks, spacers, crates, boxes, and palletizing material for use in production packaging. Install blocking and bracing against walls, floors, and overheads.
Fabricate, fit, and install wooden bracing to secure odd shaped boxes, crates, large bombs, or missiles to withstand severe stress. Build temporary decking, bulkheads, and cribbing as required.
Utilize rip and band saws, drill presses, and various other hand and power carpenter tools to accomplish the above. Salvage used lumber for reuse in cribbing operations.
Upholds company values (Safety, Diversity, Integrity and Success). Performs other duties of the same or lower level of difficulty as assigned. May be assigned occasional duties of a higher level of difficulty than those listed above. Maintains high ethical standards, overall values of the business, and the Code of Ethics and Standards of Business Conduct to include cooperating during Company investigations.
EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent required.
LENGTH OF EXPERIENCE: Six (6) months experience as a Blocker and Bracer or one (1) year rough carpentry preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints is essential.
CERTIFICATIONS: Must satisfactorily complete all the Training and Certification Programs for personnel working in Ammunition Operations required by AMC Regulation 350-4 within 90 days of hire. Maintaining current certification is a condition of continued employment.
LICENSES/REGISTRATIONS: Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid State of Nevada driver's license.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a forklift license.
Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate level of government security clearance as well as a clearance with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.
OTHER: Must be able to work in a constant state of alertness in a safe manner. Perform safety sensitive duties.

The Senior Marketing Strategist will serve as the primary contact for their specific account assignment within the CDK Dealer Group Digital Agency. He/she is on point to maintain operational excellence to ensure tactical execution of strategic digital marketing initiatives, and deliver on time, and per the defined scope.
The Sr. Marketing Strategist demonstrates success managing strategic accounts and working with executive level stakeholders.
The Sr. Marketing Strategist acts as a program subject matter expert both with client interactions and with internal CDK teams.
Marketing Strategists are also charged with leading cross functional teams on project execution, assisting with issue resolution, supporting channel sales initiatives, project roadmap management, ongoing and ad hoc reporting tasks, creating statements of work, and gathering project requirements. As a Sr. Strategist you may mentor and provide coaching to other team members.
The Sr. Strategist will be expected to be capable of representing the team in external meetings, trade shows and events, and during internal cross functional meetings.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction for assigned accounts and influence peers to provide same level
. Maintains digital marketing expertise and automotive industry knowledge
. Coaching account team to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction
. Drive adoption of CDK solutions within the dealer group
. Define, develop and execute account strategy and long term account roadmap
. Project manage client deliverables and communicate to internal and external stakeholders on status
. Manage numerous customer stakeholders at various leadership levels within the account
. Create & articulate compelling value propositions around CDK
. Maintain robust customer communication and drive migration to integrated CDK solutions
. Work with an extended team to identify and overcome blockers
. Identify and build strategy for the risks and opportunities for an account
. Up-sell and cross sell all products and services to the current client by understanding business needs and recommending CDK solutions that meet them
. Providing client feedback and business cases to CDK Product Managers or Solutions Managers to influence product roadmap
. Partner with 3rd party agencies to build a cohesive marketing strategy for clients to take into consideration both traditional and digital media.
. Build and educate client on holistic CDK solution including SEO, advertising, website, non-digital CDK product strategy
. Facilitates communication and resolution of client issues, projects and initiatives across all internal departments and external partners and manages all clients and stakeholders updates
. Use data analysis to advise clients on marketing opportunities and consult on business trends.
. Responsible for day to day operation, maintenance and enhancement of client programs including website assets and advertising programs
. Interface with corporate client and internal/marketing partners, regarding program operations
. Support for project delivery which may include: producing required documentation, coordinating resources and deliverables, communicating across teams and with the client, and reporting
. Regularly monitors program web sites for content errors, broken links, standards and guidelines and works through resolutions of issues
. Owns creation of customer presentations for performance or proposals, and input on client contracts and agreements
. Coordinates approval process between client and OEM, ensuring that compliancy is always maintained
. Works closely with Enterprise Solutions, Product and Professional Services leadership to manage and prioritize client road map against proposed product platform enhancements
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
. Experience working with managing project teams and auto dealerships
. Proven client interface and account management skills
. Proven project management skills including the ability to manage cross-functional delivery teams
. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
. Ability to manage shifting objectives and timelines

PREVIOUS SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE:
. 6 years of professional experience in sales, account management, marketing, and project management required
. 3-5 years of experience working in digital marketing or related technologies preferred
. 1 year in a team lead or equivalent role
. Automotive Industry experience desired
. Bachelor's degree in business and marketing or equivalent experience
. Project deadlines will occasionally require additional hours outside of 40-hour work week.
. Fast paced, deadline oriented environment.
. Requires dealing with confidential and sensitive matters
. Travel will be required 10-25%, via airplane and car.

As a member of the Global Center of Competence ("CoC") for Process Automation, the Capability Lead coaches business and functional unit leaders across the organization to drive and lead our process automation ("PA") initiatives in our Line of Businesses ("LOB"). This role will be accountable, in conjunction with the LOB, for delivering the full process automation capability including gaining leadership support for process automation, leading the planning and implementation of process automation initiatives and achieving the goals for each assigned initiative.
Key PA capabilities include discovery, reengineering, requirements, engineering and production. Competence leadership is to be allocated to one or more of the PA capabilities to the capability lead to apply best practices in the LOBs. This individual assures program level processes to meet requirements which includes execution, escalating impediments, managing risk, and helps drive program level continuous improvement. Assists in the establishment of new teams and deployments across Chubb.
These roles will be based in Whitehouse Station, NJ or Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and will have to travel extensively. Initially, these individuals will be deployed to sites to build the required skills before being deployed centrally to assist with the global roll out of the program locations.
Key accountabilities include:
Managing Partner Relationships
Engage business and functional leaders to garner support for a discovery phase and maintain their support through to completion and goal achievement. Helps build the pipeline of use cases and ensures that epics, features and user stories are defined to level to support the objectives of the program.
Establish and participate in appropriate governance structures --Team & project meetings, check-ins and board meetings.
Assist the LOB to establish team communication structures to ensure all team members are up to date and aligned to the changes and requirements with regards to processes, technologies, team structures and approaches.
Assists the line of business to escalate and resolve project blockers
Supporting Process Automation Implementation and Production
Collaborate with the process automation teams and drive the discovery, planning, identification of solutions and objectives, development and production for assigned units and initiatives.
Supports the deployment of agile and machine learning capabilities in the LOBs in line with Chubb standards
Engage the appropriate internal and external (staff augmentation) resources to use process automation best practices to deliver successful solutions.
Assist the business to Integrate multiple projects across the line of business value chain.
Assist in the deployment of program and project management standards for effective delivery meeting Time, Quality, Budget, LOB requirements.
Guide and partner with change management resources (Change Manager & HR) to ensure effective communication and execution of the required organizational and role changes.
Provide guidance on the post implementation support.
Assist the LOB to Identify "in unit" roles and time requirements and work with business leaders to identify staff for the assignments
Participating in the Process Automation CoC and Utilizing its Practices
Participate as an active member of the Process Automation CoC in developing a set of best practice guidelines for use across all PA initiatives.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of team approaches, models, technologies and knowledge by sharing information, building standards, developing intellectual property and capturing lessons learned.
Provide direction and guidance to all program staff for assigned units and programs.
Coach team members on areas of development to increase their knowledge and work performance.
Bachelor's Degree, certification as a Green Belt Process Engineer or equivalent qualification.
Project Management certification and Agile experience
4 – 6 years business process engineering/business analysis experience in financial services
Solid experience in working in a multi-discipline, matrix structure team fostering collaboration and team work
Business and System Analysis and Information System solution delivery experience.
