We are looking for an experienced Design Producer, reporting directly to the Design Operations Lead, to join our dynamic Design team. Your job as a Design Producer will be to collaborate closely with our talented team of Brand Designers, Copywriters, Motion Graphic Artists, Video Editors and other Producers. You'll manage projects spanning digital and web design, advertising, event design, print, branding, and presentation design. You are the oil that keeps the Brand engine running by creating and improving internal processes, managing resources, prioritizing work and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.

What you bring to the role:
BS/BA or equivalent and a MINIMUM of 3+ years in a Creative Project Management or Agency Producer role.
Proven track record of setting up and driving marketing and/or design projects within an agency or other organization.
A clear understanding of how Marketing/Advertising tactics are produced as well as Design processes (copy, wireframes, design, animation, video)
Strong communication, collaboration, planning, and prioritization skills.
Ability to facilitate efficient and productive meetings that people look forward to attending.
You lead by influence rather than authority, to build trust on your team.
Good time management and organizational skills.
A willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to get things done.

As a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst at Accenture/Clearhead, you will own all tasks and processes pertinent to ensuring our A/B test code and configuration is error-free and ready for launch. You will help to create and implement systems that will work to ensure the quality of tests and work with our team to carry out tasks that will prepare our tests for launch.

The end goal for this role is to help our engineering team create high-quality A/B tests that provide Clearhead's awesome Fortune 500 Clients with real data and actionable insights, so that they may make revenue impacting decisions based on the validated learnings derived from your work.
You will be responsible for ensuring that our A/B tests meet all design and business requirements across all relevant devices and browsers (75%) and contributing to the iterative improvement of our QA process (25%). Your day-to-day will include…
● Recording and providing sufficient information for the resolution of and defects found in the A/B test experiences our engineering team creates.
● Working closely with the engineering team to develop processes that will make our team the best combination of agile, efficient, and bug-free as possible.
