Senior Technical Account Manager, Delivery
The Senior Technical Account Manager, Delivery is responsible for managing digital engagements and driving successful completion of all project work. In this role, you will oversee internal and third-party resources, with direct responsibility for delivering work on-time, on-budget and on-strategy. You will also be responsible for finding solutions to project issues, anticipating and removing blockers that could potentially impact delivery goals.
What You'll Do:
Partner with clients and serve as the daily primary point of contact and project leader, focusing on project management, and execution
Manage the delivery of digital design and technology projects from concept through completion
Establish baseline project requirements document and manage scope
Develop accurate schedule and cost estimates, and manage to schedule and budget throughout the project
Identify, document and manage closure on project action items, questions, issues and risks; implementing solutions to project issues when necessary
Represent the voice of the client in all internal discussions
Contribute to resource management and tracking, maintaining accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycles
Ensure final deliverables meet quality and expectations of the agency and client

Who you are:
Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred
You have 5 years or more of experience in a project management or delivery-focused role, ideally in an agency, consulting or professional services environment
You have previous experience managing complex digital marketing and/or technology projects at the enterprise level
You have a deep understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum principles
You have demonstrated an ability to track and ensure project margin/profitability
You have a strong ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions
You are a motivated, strategic thinker with a proven track record of successful client and team management and outstanding project management
You are a savvy leader; you have facilitated and led cross functional teams to successful project delivery, including sub-contractors and external resources
You are flexible and nimble; you know how to adjust to changes in resources, requirements and deliverables

About the Role:
As a Sr. Operations Engineer with Boku you will work with our key accounts to provide technical leadership and guidance while those customers are building their Boku integration. The Sr. Operations Engineer will be both an external face for the company and an internal champion for our customers. Most importantly, the Sr. Operations Engineer will have strong technical knowledge and experience that helps them identify and remove blockers before launch, keeping projects on time. Support business development and account management in the pre-sales phase with technical knowledge and advice
Work closely with merchant customer technical and operations teams to help them integrate, troubleshoot, and verify their connection to Boku's APIs
Work on a project-based team that implements and supports Boku services for elite merchants
Monitor and analyze data from multiple sources to check for issues or irregularities with customer implementations
Find and work on opportunities to optimize performance, both technically and financially, for elite merchant programs
Proven work experience in technical integration engineering, sales engineering, customer success, or customer technical support roles
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful customer launches, from pre-sales support, through integration and testing, and into post-launch monitoring and support
Solid technical understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies with an emphasis on API-related (REST, SOAP) experiences
Good working knowledge of Unix/Linux systems, being able to navigate around a system, interact with files and manipulate data, perform simple checks and diagnostics of operating systems and java applications
Good working knowledge of SQL databases, being able to query data, perform functions on data such as calculations or date parsing, join two tables, and leverage indexes
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
