- Start molding machine that automatically feeds material from mixing unit to mandrel and to mold chamber.

Responsible for planning, development and maintaining North America Sales in a defined geographic region. Responsible for assisting in the efficient, cost effective resolution of customer issues and sustaining a high degree of customer satisfaction with Milacron and its products and services.
Essential/Key Functions: (Primary Responsibilities) (80%)
Prepares sales forecasts and established regional sales objectives to achieve profit plan for new machine lines, molds and aftermarket parts. Establish, implement and monitor procedures to insure objectives are realized on a consistent basis.
Maintains contact with current customers through regular communications by personal visit or phone to handle inquiries or complaints. Provide information on process improvements, replacement parts, new product developments and other pertinent matters.

1 -3 years of operating extrusion machines, engineering and/or maintenance experience.
Possess a mechanical, technical, and process aptitude.
Bachelor's Degree in engineering is preferred.
Level of Authority and Authorization
You have the right to hold for inspection; any product you feel does not meet customer/company specifications.
Authority to stop any observed unsafe practices.
Those employees with authorized training can shut down/stop equipment if continued operation is a threat to any employee's health and safety.
