Boarding Kennel Technician
Chandler Small Animal Clinic is a full service Veterinary Hospital, Boarding and Grooming facility and is searching for a Kennel Technician to add to our team. This person is responsible for cleaning kennels, watering and feeding dogs, medicating if needed, washing dishes, outdoor play time, and general maintenance of kennels and property grounds (sweep outside, keep parking lot clean, etc.). TYPE * This position is a part-time position (generally around 30 - 35 hours per week).
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES * Monitoring food and water consumption * Feeding and watering of all pets * Scooping and disposing of poop * Hosing down and disinfecting indoor kennel area * Filling holes dogs may have dug * Cleaning water buckets and food dishes * Taking dogs in and out of their kennels * Cleaning and disinfecting crates * Bathing and brushing pets * Taking care of cats and exotics that may be boarding as well * Property maintenance – trim bushes, sweep walkways, keep parking lot clean.
JOB REQUIREMENTS * Applicants must be able to work around dogs, cats, and small animals (hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, birds) * Applicants must be able to work outdoors in the heat * Applicants must be able to lift dogs up to fifty pounds, squat and stoop * Applicants must be able to work well on their own * Applicants must be able to work as part of a team * Applicants must be dependable, punctual and very responsible.
SCHEDULE: MON - FRI 3 days on from 3pm- 7pm. Two week days off negotiable.
SAT & SUN (double shifts) 6:45am – 12pm and 3pm- 7pm.

Post Closing, Loan Boarding Specialist
Job Function/Purpose The purpose of the loan specialist position is to perform all functions relating to loan boarding including the establishment of the escrow lines and to ensure all loans funded by Dollar Bank’s Residential Lending Department or Correspondent Funding Department arrive at DBSC and are set-up on the servicing system within the timeframes required to meet regulatory requirements. The specialist must verify the interest and escrow money received and posted to the customer’s loan at the time of loan boarding and must be specialized in all types of loans as the department boards purchased loans (LSBO), consumer URA loans, RDFC commercial loans, loans acquired through transfers, mergers or acquisitions.
For loans originated by the Bank, the position is responsible for receiving and tracking incoming closing packages and for completing post-closing audit to determine that all conditions of closing have been satisfied and meet investor requirements. Data verification of critical terms and noncritical information Assist in cross-training of appropriate personnel to ensure functions are not impacted during staff shortages. Secures roll ends, weighs, bags, and labels previously finished quilted rolls, scans, and stores on supply rack, using hoist.
Checks width of quilted rolls and visually inspects quilted cloth for defects during wind-up operation.
Records weights and widths of batting rolls.
Maintains expected quality goals.
Maintains expected production goals.
Observes all department and company safety rules.
Maintains a clean work area. Properly disposes of trash and scrap at the end of the shift and as needed.
