Williamson Restoration, Inc. (WRI) repairs all levels of physical damage to different varieties of wood, marble, faux and other surfaces by using water-based art supplies and finishes. All work is conducted in exclusive commercial properties located in the Atlanta Metropolitan area.
WRI is looking for people with a positive energetic attitude and the willingness to learn. The Company currently has positions open for full time (40 hr) maintenance Technicians.
Work schedules begin anywhere between the hours of 5:00 am and 9:00 am, Monday through Friday.
WRI is located in Kennesaw, Ga. Technicians meet on Monday (excluding holidays) to attend a weekly staff meeting.
All work is performed on-site at designated locations throughout the Atlanta area. After the initial training, the daily work schedule will reflect properties that are in close proximity to each other, limiting the amount of travel.
Scope of Work:
On–site repair, artistic touch–up and refinishing of interior architectural millwork, woodwork, faux finishes, marble and other surfaces/finishes to include painted surfaces. More specific, elevator cab interiors, doors, executive furnishings, trim work, wallpanels, baseboards and any other items as contracted or requested by the Customer.
It is important to be able to work with other Technicians, to work professionally in a business environment, at times work unsupervised and to properly fill out reports on daily work activities.
Technicians’ are required to repair items as low as bottoms of doors and baseboards, tops of a doors or wall panels, (while using a small stepladder) or to reach over a desktop or conference table for top repairs.
A valid Georgia’s driver’s license with proof of insurance (a copy of both documents will be obtained for your personnel file), and a reliable vehicle.
Technicians are responsible to transport the company equipment to the job-site and to load and unload at the job-site. The equipment consists of a small three-section equipment dolly containing all art supplies, finishes and cleaning supplies. Each section weighs approximately 20 to 30 pounds.
