Read, interpret and understand schematics including component and symbol recognition.
Utilizing schematic, plan electrical assembly and wiring sequence.
Follow electrical schematic for build and wiring. Builds and wiring may include electrical junction boxes, line connections, stop buttons, push buttons, safety switches, outlets, electrical motors, variable frequency drives, plc's, electrical sub-assemblies, and other electrical units.
Build and wire electrical control boxes and panels.
Wire complete machines and systems.
Properly utilize a variety of hand tools for assembly and wiring.
Travel to customer locations for installation as required.
Communicate potential problems to Lead / Manager.
Ensure assembly tasks are completed within budget and on-time per schedule.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Comply with all quality, safety and work rules and regulations.
Understand and maintain both quality and quantity standards and expectations.

The Mind Body Director is responsible for overseeing acac's Mind Body Program (including yoga, Nia, and special Mind Body events or programs) and for managing the Mind Body Instructor team. The Mind Body Director is also responsible for engaging and collaborating with other Directors at acac as needed.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
Mind Body Team
Provides strong leadership with excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities
Hires and trains all Mindy Body instructors
Collaborates with counterpart and Marketing department to develop and maintain an adequate schedule to meet member needs
Manages and updates sub list and web site in order to maintain current and accurate instructor list
Conducts periodic meetings with instructors
Conducts annual evaluations for instructors
Creates a culture in which the instructors feel and exhibit urgency to satisfy members
Ensures that instructors are in proper acac uniform at all times
Keeps instructors informed about club activities, including activities outside their area, and ensures that they are able to promote all acac activities
Approves payroll and submits approval to Payroll manager by requested deadline
Collaborates with HR team to ensure new team members have provided appropriate new hire paperwork
Ensures new team members attend an acac Launch
Ensures instructors are properly certified
Mind Body Studios/Facility
Maintains studios and equipment in safe, working, and clean condition
Coordinates with Facilities Director to ensure routine maintenance, cleaning, and repairs
Purchases and maintains supplies necessary for successful facility operation
In collaboration with counterpart, performs regular evaluation of Mind Body policies and updates as needed
Delivers and receives daily information internally and externally via personal contact, ACAC Webmail and/or ACAC voicemail
Establishes and maintains relationships with acac members/guests in order to make all members/guests feel welcome
Keeps members informed of events and activities and encourage member participation
Develops and implements programs that are consistent with acac's mission and which will increase member participation
Serves as main point of contact related to Mind Body questions
Mind Body Classes
Oversees the operations and staffing for all Mind Body classes
Ensures classes are properly covered and instructors present in emergency situations
Tracks member usage in classes
Actively promotes all programs and strives to increase member/guest participation
Ensures instructors are aware of Mind Body programs and policies so that they may handle questions from members/guests knowledgeably
Purchases and maintains all needed supplies to ensure continued program success
Establishes and operates within an accurate budget for the department
Strives to increase gross and net revenue year-to-year
Creates financial plans for new fitness programs to be reviewed by the General Manager; plans should clearly outline the purpose/goal of the program, target member/guest audience, minimum/maximum participants, dates for programs, as well as any fees to be charged
Keeps up to date payroll and expense summaries and ensures they fall within the established budget
Reports milestones, achievements, and other outcomes at regularly scheduled meetings with General Manager
Manages and directs all necessary administrative functions and assigned resources including maintenance of records in an orderly and confidential manner
Follows prescribed administrative procedures and protocols when purchasing supplies
Attends meetings and training as required
Coordinates with other acac Directors and Managers to ensure an overall high level of success for the club

Repair Planning: Approaches repair planning with a sense of urgency and detail to avoid waste and rework later in the process. De-trims and disassembles vehicles, putting parts on parts carts. Performs pre-pulls to make repair vs. replace decisions.
Parts Procurement: Assists in identifying and sourcing parts as necessary. Uses good judgment in determining when damaged parts can be safely repaired for cost and cycle-time savings. Helps maintain parts/materials carts in an organized manner.

Perform body and parts repair and installation including, replacing panels, using bondo/body filler, sanding, aligning panels, body disassembly and reassembly.

Proficient in both Macintosh and PC computing platforms
Have worked in a digital studio booking models and another talent such as hair and makeup
Is proficient at studio scheduling tools such as Shiftexpert to streamline processes
Has booked models and hair and makeup teams from both New York and Los Angeles agencies
