Responsible for providing management support services to ensure the affective and efficient delivery of services in support of the customer's mission. Responsibilities include some or all of the following:
Provide technical advice and support for Aircraft Gun Systems, Bomb Ejection/Release Systems and Small Arms.
Participates in prepublication and post-publication technical order reviews
Develops, establishes, and justifies requirements computations.
Participates in determining when items are no longer used or repairable and should be disposed of in accordance with proper guidelines.
Provide direct technical support for the assigned missile, bomb rack, launcher, or gun systems and associated equipment to DoD and/or foreign military Allied Air Forces.
Assist munitions field-level personnel in all matters of repair, sustainment and deficiency resolution issues.
Advise Single Managers, Major Command Action Officers and Chief Engineers on matters affecting system Operational Safety, Suitability, and Effectiveness (OSS&E) requirements.
Interact on a technical basis with high-level DoD and/or foreign military personnel. Prepare and present technical briefings to high-level DoD and foreign military personnel.
Perform prepublication and post-publication technical order reviews.
Conduct validation and verification of technical orders diagrams and procedures.
Provide recommendations to senior leaders and maintenance technicians on maintenance, operation, and training related to complex and sophisticated systems and equipment.
Provide programmatic support to plan, evaluate, and implement program acquisition strategies.
Must be familiar with multiple Weapon Systems
Experience providing technical assistance on a worldwide basis for Aircraft Gun Systems, Bomb Ejection/Release Systems and Small Arms.
Analyzing equipment and forecasting spare parts requirements.
Reading and interpreting engineering change orders, equipment requisitions, shop orders, and work orders.
Analyzing contract specifications and examining pertinent equipment to determine if specifications are met.
Analyzing or supervising maintenance, repair, or production operations to determine methods of improvement.
Related integrated management experience supporting experience supporting a major weapon system Program Office within AFLCMC or similar US Army/US Navy Program Office.
Working knowledge of: USAF Combat Arms Program, General Small Arms/Light Weapons Management, AF Equipment Management and Missiles/Bomb Racks/Launchers/Gun Systems/Small Arms
Requires OCONUS travel

The Warehouse Loader is primarily assigned to:
Accurately Loading all departmental product in allotted sections of the container. (Freezer -10), Cooler (36) and Dry Side (70’s)
Shrink wrapping each pallet. Consolidates pallets when needed.
Verifying with Management to ensure all products for each container assigned has been loaded.
Takes photos of all stages of container loading, including photos to verify refrigerated containers are within temp prior to loading and at conclusion of loading.
Off Loads Containers.
Assists outside carriers backing into dock doors.
Verifies proper temperature of container/trailer for refrigerated loads.
Reporting all damages to supervisor immediately.
Operating all company powered industrial equipment, Reach Truck, Packer, and/or Electric Pallet Jack, in a safe and reliable manner as outlined in the Preferred Work Methods.
Completing equipment check-list at start and finish of each shift.
Reporting all equipment failures to supervisor immediately.
Ensuring warehouse is maintained in a sanitary manner according to company standards. Sweeping / mopping the floor location if necessary.
Performing other duties as assigned by management.
Follows all guidelines of Sysco’s Preferred Work Methods.
The Warehouse Loader must have a High School Diploma or its equivalent and effectively communicate (including reading, writing, and speaking) in English.
Previous experience on a Raymond Pacer is preferred.
Previous experience with floor scrubber, battery changer, RF unit or pallet jack preferred.
Previous experience loading containers is preferred.
The Warehouse Loader must:
Be able to work in Freezer (-10), Cooler (36) and Dry Side (70’s) of Warehouse for extended periods of time.
Able to read and speak English.
Read at a distance close to eyes and at arm’s length, with or without correction
Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. often and up to 80 lbs. occasionally,
Be able to stand for long periods of time, with frequent walking.
Have the ability to multitask.
Be able to follow Preferred Work Methods.
Be able to work safely in all areas of the warehouse.

Inspects, wraps and loads completed pallets and product into outbound trailers.

Adds any additional product such as backfilled and/or merges product to pallets.

Job Description & Requirements
The order assembly picker/loader is responsible for picking orders, palletizing, loading and unloading products and/or cases, and working any station or line that is assigned. The order assembly picker/loader works anywhere in the Load-out/Freezer/Cooler areas that may be assigned.
Responsible for pulling products for customer orders.
Perform freight handling using appropriate motorized and manual equipment (when certified).
May use hand-held tracking device
Mark the paperwork properly when making adjustments for product shortages.
Keep accurate records on load sheets, inventory sheets, scrap sheets, and computerized equipment.
Ensure proper code date rotation.
Report any mechanical problems such as bad wearstrips, plugged or missing lube nozzles, spacer stop malfunctions, palletizer malfunctions or conveyor breakdowns.
Report any product/packaging issues.
Maintain communication with other departments, management and employees and notify them of any problems and/or concerns that may restrict the efficiency of production.
Ensure all paperwork is filled out in a clear, legible and accurate format, and completed with required information.
Ensure all required information is documented in accordance with SOP's.
Utilizing continuous improvement mindset, assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe work area.
Follow all required work safe practices. This would include wearing of all required PPE in designated areas, confined space safety, safe chemical handling, fall restraints, etc.
