We are seeking a Procurement Supply Manager who will have the following duties and responsibilities:
Brakes Category Manager
Develop and/or execute the existing strategy for all Commodities within the CMT (Category Management Team) and Major/Minor Programs
Manage all commercial aspects with assigned supply base including driving cost savings goals, negotiating, building positive relationships and resolving open issues with the cross functional Navistar team
Analyze supplier cost structure and competitive landscape to identify and negotiate savings and mitigate increases
Lead the cross-functional CMT for the commodity
Develop and execute sourcing strategies and gain CMT and executive approval where needed
Identify and execute cost savings measures with suppliers and Navistar team to achieve annual goals
Identify when a business case needs to be utilized and complete them
Analyze Data to Understand the cross functional Impact of Each Initiative
Constantly communicate to Supply Chain, Operations, Purchasing, and engineering customers and escalate issues when needed – know who, when, and how to communicate with all Stakeholders
Manage the workload of an assigned sourcing specialist where applicable
Position Purpose and Requirements
Performs supply chain and logistics functions, such as material procurement, production planning, inventory control, outsourcing, vendor selection and distribution. Creates integrated processes among internal functions (e.g., operations, purchasing and logistics) and outside suppliers. Responsibilities are within the Supply Chain Management function as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines.

Bonder A - 2Nd Shift
Applies advanced technical skills and knowledge to fabricate, rework and repair metallic and nonmetallic bonded parts and assemblies for operational aircraft applications. Performs any of the detailed work operations required to be completed in this area of specialization.
Essential Functions and
Performs bonding of metallic and nonmetallic materials to fabricate parts, components and assemblies for aircraft applications using products and processes that are varied and moderately complex to complex in scope. The level of work requires experience and sound judgment.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, manuals, specifications sketches, job orders, planning documents and engineering drawings. Determine equipment requirements and the method and sequences of operation to be followed in fabrication of parts using materials such as graphite, fiberglass, plastic, boron, flock, mat, epoxy resins, rubber and like materials.
Plans, lays out, fabricates and builds adhesive bonded assemblies of metallic and nonmetallic composite materials. Fabricate composite and metal parts into subassemblies for the purpose of prefitting in preparation for bonding/curing in presses, ovens, and autoclaves.
Lays out, prefits, assembles and performs lay-up on a variety of metal to metal and composite bonded assemblies. Fits core in panels where close tolerances are required for installation of details for completion of assembly. Performs vacuum bagging for Autoclave cures up to 100 psi.
Lays out and marks dimensions and reference lines on material to develop and trace patterns of product or parts, or uses templates.
Selects tooling and materials compatible with the processing techniques identified in the work instructions.
Performs rework or repair on any metallic or nonmetallic part presented for rework or repair.
Ancillary Functions and
Performs other duties as required. These duties may include assignments in job classifications other than the primary assignment.
Formal Education, Training and Work Experience:
Experience may be substituted for the formal education and training requirements in this section at the discretion of management. Technical school and four (4) to seven (7) or more years of metallic and nonmetallic bonding of aircraft parts, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The level of supervision required described here is representative of that which must be met by a Stakeholder to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Works under general supervision applying and adapting standard procedures and solutions to meet work requirements. Priorities are determined by management.

Design Engineer - Brakes
Working as a Design Engineer, supporting a major OEM's automotive projects, the position has wide scope across NA Branch and company headquarters (HQ) in Korea.
Support mechanical product design, development, and OEM automotive subsystems.
Support all STEP release and upload 2D and 3D drawings and support OEM development stage events based on product development timing.
Act as Liaison Mechanical CAD Engineer and coordinate with MOBIS HQ and OEM for concept design thru final design requirements, including design review / changes and feasibility reviews.
Control and support mechanical engineering data/documents delivery between OEM and MOBIS HQ.
Collaborative Working Relationships
Work and communicate with: Local Customer, Local team members, Research engineers from Korea and/or in Korea - Your project(s) may accompany HQ research engineers remotely or on your business site.
Consult with Expatriate coordinator to enhance communication with R&D HQ.

SUMMARY The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing material to ensure that all AAR and government standards are met.

Bonds a variety of dissimilar materials (composite, metal, or laminate) assemblies, parts, skins, components, equipment or structures into semi-finished or finished products.
Lays out articles, cuts parts or materials to size.
Applies liquid or solid bonding agents.
Operates autoclave, hydraulic presses and ovens to complete bonding cycle.
Controls conditions of heat, pressure, and timing by setting and operating various controls according to the specifications for the materials and the bonding agent being used. Sands, burrs and smoothes over areas, apply sealing resins to cut or exposed edges.
Monitors and verifies quality of finished product.
Completes repairs on composite, metal or laminate bonded products using inspection and rework instructions.
