Start-up and shutdown of pyro side equipment
Monitor and control process variables and equipment to maintain optimal operations

The Dish Machine Operator (DMO)/Utility is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils/vessels by using both mechanical and manual cleaning methods in accordance with Ruby Tuesday standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
