Process Engineer / Production Supervisor
Under the direction of the Production Manager, and working together with the production supervisors and control room operators, this position is responsible for monitoring and maximizing the kiln operation/raw material preparation and process systems.
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kiln, preheater/pre-calciner, raw materials and fuel preparation along with the raw mill systems.
2. Leads daily consultation with the Leadership to discuss and evaluate Kiln performance and the resulting impact on overall production.
3. Provides technical expertise to diagnose issues in operations, leading the efforts to remedy problems by taking appropriate actions to restore correct operating procedures. Advise management and operations staff on necessary adjustments and changes to protocols to minimize future incidents. Oversees the implementation of corrective actions.
4. Trains control room operators and supervisory staff in operation of control room / kiln operations.

Dry Kiln Forklift Operator
This position performs a variety of basic tasks. A candidate for this position must be in good physical condition as he/she will be required to work within conditions that are sometimes less than ideal, such as outdoors during inclement winter, including exposure to wood dust and loud noises daily. Must also possess the ability to follow directions and work without constant supervision
Operator must be able to operate all Forklifts in safe and productive manner while stacking rough green lumber on Kiln trucks and in green yard as well as when putting lumber in dry sheds.

Complies with Company policies and exhibits professional conduct at all times.
Physically capable of lifting and placing cross pieces on packs of lumber (as much as 50 pounds).

Must be able to stack lumber on Kiln trucks.
Must be able to keep up with production demands at green stacker.
Must keep assigned Forklift clean and greased.
Must be able to work 12 hour shifts and overtime.
Must be able to drive a 35,000 pound Forklift.
A high school diploma or GED
Safety and good housekeeping are a must.
Must be able to read, write and understand written materials. Perform basic math computations as required for safety, quality, and production functions.
The ability to follow oral and written instructions and policies.
Should be able to communicate verbally and with hand signals.

Job Purpose: Provide material and components to the assembly lines throughout the day to complete runs/work orders. Perform changeovers as needed based on demands of what needs to be made for that day.
Nature of Duties:
Obtain information from "Assembly Live Production" board, Supervisor or Lead on what is running for the day or what needs to be set up next.
Walk through to ensure all lines are stocked with supplies needed for the next 2 hours unless the run is coming to an end.
Inform Boxmaker and Lead of any shortages in parts, prior to running out of components.
Remove and return all paperwork, LF stickers, product and components that are not needed for the next run.
Maintain a clean work area.
Clear warehouse racks of all empty skids, ropes, and shrink wrap and clean as needed.
Collect all chip boards throughout the day and bring to location in Warehouse.
Stay actively engaged in shift.
Assist in counting and documenting scrap on scrap sheets with Leads
Help out Assembly Lines if all above actions are complete.
Perform other tasks as directed by Supervisor.

Education and Experience:
Prefer High School or HSED graduate. Prefer 2+ year's previous operator experience or equivalent machine knowledge and skills. The ideal candidate will have good attendance, good reading comprehension, good written and verbal communication, good time management and organizational skills, constructive problem solving skills, and be self motivated.

Position SummaryThe Machine Tender position operates automatic production machines and equipment that machine, stamp, weld or form production parts, according to specifications and machine operating instructions.Essential Functions

The Genetic Counselor for Pediatric Hem/Onc/BMTand the Hemophilia Thrombosis Center (HTC) will coordinate and provide localand (when required) regional genetic counseling services to patients and theirfamilies. Patients served include pediatric and young adult hematologypatients. The successful candidate will work with the other genetic counselorsin Hem/Onc/BMT and the Department of Pediatrics to continue to develop thegrowing genetic counseling program. Examples of Work Performed:
Provide genetic counseling services topatients and their families in the Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders (CCBD)and Hemophilia Thrombosis Center (HTC);
Focus on Hematology, Hemophilia, and Thrombosis conditions with approximately a50/50 split in effort between Hematology and HTC;
