The SMB Sales Specialist is responsible for achieving sales targets within an inside sales environment. This position is focused on the total addressable market, while maintaining revenue objectives. The position involves communicating with prospects in various forums including, outbound & inbound calls, emails, text, and other social media engagements. The SMB Sales Specialist enable others' passions for health, wellness and beauty to reach their maximum potential by providing solutions through technology.

What Defines Success:
1-3 years of sales experience, in a closing role at a SaaS company with a stellar record of performance.
Demonstrated technical aptitude – strong understanding of API's, SaaS, cloud computing etc.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
Exposure to Health & Wellness either as an enthusiast or teacher.
Good group presentation skills and strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to consistently maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time and function in a high stress environment, under substantial time pressure.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Drives sales volume via outbound cold calls, lead generation, converting inbound leads and closing sales with our single location customers.
Demonstrating MINDBODY software, products, and partner solutions to potential clients and assisting them in selecting the best solution(s) for their needs while working within a specific niche.

Sr. Director Of UX
As Senior Director of User Experience, you will define and own the end-to-end customer experience across the rapidly expanding MINDBODY ecosystem – including MINDBODY Online, Booker, Frederick, and FitMetrix – in service of 60,000+ business customers and the millions of consumer users who turn to them for their wellness needs.
You will lead a team of deeply accomplished professionals in core UX, visual design, production design and copywriting. To do this effectively you must be a dynamic leader and a visionary with incredible breadth. This role requires the capacity to empathize with and solve equally well for part-time yoga studio instructors, major franchise operators, pedicure-seeking consumers, high-end salon owners, HIIT circuit training enthusiasts, and nearly every other health, beauty and wellness constituent.
Above all, you must have the pragmatism to prioritize and evolve your implementation of a phenomenal user experience in service of an ever more effective product.
The Senior Director of User Experience collaborates closely with product management, software development, marketing, and research. You must be an excellent partner -- business-savvy, self-aware, technically-inclined – yet capable of zeal when and where necessary.
This role will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Product.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
10+ years of user experience and digital design.
7+ years of experience building and leading successful design and/or UX teams.
Demonstrated proficiency and a history of exemplary work product in a specific UX vertical.
Bachelor of Science in design, HCI or related fields or equivalent professional experience.

Sr. Data Warehouse Engineer
MINDBODY's Data Science department makes sense of our data world through meaningful and actionable insights, identifying trends, delivering reports, informing product and infrastructure advancements, and promoting a culture of data-driven decision making.
The Data Engineering (DE) branch of MINDBODY's Data Science department is focused on providing innovative and large-scale data platform solutions in a shared services model to support enterprise data needs of MindBody. This involves building data pipelines to pull together information from different source systems; integrating, consolidating and cleansing data; and structuring it for use in reporting and analytical applications. This team also architects distributed systems, data stores, and collaborates with data science teams in building right solutions for them. The data provided by DE team is used by data science team in supporting key functions and initiatives within Product Development, Business Development, Customer Experience/Success, Marketing and Sales at MindBody.
Data Engineer III focuses on designing, implementing and supporting new and existing data solutions- data processing, and data sets to support various advanced analytical needs. you will be designing, building and supporting data pipelines consuming data from multiple different source systems and transforming it into valuable and insightful information. You will have the opportunity to contribute to end-to-end platform design for our cloud architecture and work multi-functionally with operations, data science and the business segments to build batch and real-time data solutions. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
7+ years of relevant experience in one of the following areas: Data engineering, business intelligence or business analytics
5-7 years of supporting a large data platform and data pipelining
5+ years of experience in scripting languages like Python etc.
5+ years of experience with AWS services including S3, Redshift, EMR, and RDS

The Quality Assurance Engineer III develops test strategies, analyzes complex mobile software systems and code, and ensures that MINDBODY's Dynamic Pricing application works as it should for our users. The Quality Assurance Engineer III troubleshoots and isolates defects, providing regular status reports and updates to ensure MINDBODY maintains the highest quality of its products. In addition, the Quality Assurance Engineer III fully understands the MINDBODY technologies and products.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
6+ years of industry experience in testing mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms
Hands-on experience leading testing efforts of the team
Hands-on experience guiding software development team in QA and SDLC best practices
