Wedding Sales Stylist Responsibilities:
Consistently honor all service and selling vows, outfitting each customer head to toe
Sell the gown, headpiece, foundations, shoes, jewelry, etc.; outfit and accessorize the bridal party
Educate customers on the David's Differences; attributes that make David's Bridal unique
Maximize sales and customer satisfaction by providing superior service with every customer visit
Maintain David's Bridal hourly sales productivity standards
Prepare for all upcoming appointments by printing the customer's profile and favorites
Know David's Bridal merchandise and build on product knowledge on an ongoing basis
Follow up and communicate with customers; following Relationship Management standards
Explain services provided by the alterations department to the customer and the importance
Support store management in performing responsibilities, including maintaining areas of responsibility, inventory counts, merchandising the sales floor and completing markdowns
Provide an efficient and friendly checkout experience for customers, as needed
Maintain housekeeping standards in the store
Answer multi-line business phone using the correct David's Bridal greeting and provide information in a professional manner
Follow quality control guidelines to help ensure that all merchandise is in first-quality condition
Follow the David's Bridal special order procedures for dresses
Flexibility to work retail schedules such as weekends, evenings, and holidays

Maintains knowledge of Company asset protection techniques, and files claims for warehouse overages (merchandise received, but not billed), shortages (merchandise billed, but not received), order errors or damaged goods involving Rx drugs.
May assist pharmacist in administering clinical services including the collection and proper labeling of blood/urine samples from patients and other clinical services as required; assists pharmacy staff in coordination of clinical services, Walgreens healthcare clinics and external providers.
Assists Pharmacy Manager and Staff Pharmacist in developing and maintaining good relationships with the local medical community, including physicians, nurses, and other health care providers, by medical provider detailing and outreach to health groups, retirement homes, nursing homes, and other forums for enhancing growth opportunities.
Assists with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring the Pharmacy Department is stocked with adequate supplies, clean, neat and orderly in condition and appearance.

Position SummaryProvide general and indirect supervision to all stewarding staff while overseeing all departmental organization, cleaning schedules, sanitation standards. Responsible for ensuring efficient and profitable operation of all stewarding outlets, continuous improvement of sanitation quality and equipment standards, overseeing and training stewards; verify daily assignments are completed with daily kitchen walk throughs.
Ensure sanitation standards and cleanliness in all kitchen areas. Clean and sanitize all areas of the kitchen and operate the dish washing machine in a safe, accident-free manner. Coach and Counsel, track attendance, verify payroll, and schedule according to business levels; ensures the organization, sanitation and cost of the operation is consistent with the overall food and beverage goals and objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities(These function are intended as a general illustration of the work performed in this job classification and are not all inclusive for this position) • Delivers superior internal and external guest service the Pinnacle Way by ensuring every interaction includes our Six Core Service Standards (Look sharp, smile and greet the guest; Be friendly, polite and use courteous language; Provide especially timely and knowledgeable service and then some; Always find solutions to guests’ problems; Use the guest’s name when appropriate; Thank the guest and invite him or her back.); and work harmoniously with fellow team members.• Works as a member of a dishwashing crew ensuring soiled items are placed in proper racks or containers which carry them through a dishwashing machine.• Inspects, removes, and properly stores all clean items from the dishwashing machine.• Washes steam kettles, tilt fryers, and food preparation equipment too large to put in dishwashing machines.• Washes pots, pans and traps; maintains neat appearance of working areas and cleaning equipment storage areas. Washes, rinses, and sanitizes all dishware and utensils• Supplies dishware to food preparation stations as needed; removes soiled dishware and cooking equipment from food preparation stations.• Keeps work area (floor, machine, shelving, carts, etc.) clean at all times.• Performs miscellaneous duties, such as polishing silver, working in store room and preparing for banquets, special events, etc., as assigned.• Maintain organization and ensure proper rack stacking, silver presoaking and operation of dish machine.• Ensure proper set-up, breakdown and maintenance of all special events.• Perform special cleaning projects as assigned.• Train new stewards as required• Clean ovens, hoods, filters, drains, hot boxes, steam tables, flat boxes and ceiling vents, according to schedule or as specified by chef.• Responsible for swept and mopped floors. Keep floors clean and dry, pick up wet spills immediately• Provide information and explain My Choice benefits, property amenities and marketing programs to our guests.• Can operate dish machines to company and manufacturer specifications.• Uses proper measurements of detergent and sanitizer in the dish machine.• Restocks all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
Removes all garbage. Breaks down, cleans, and sanitizes the dish machine at the end of a shift.• Able to make quick decisions when dealing with departmental and employee needs.• All other duties as assigned. Required Knowledge and Skills • Must successfully pass background check• Must successfully pass an alcohol and drug screening• Must have excellent guest service skills• Maintain Company Standards; be in compliance with Health Codes and OSHA • Determines the nature of guest concerns and takes appropriate action to resolve general concerns, obtaining assistance from the proper personnel, as necessary.
Required Natural Behaviors • Must be able to stand for a minimum eight (8) hour shift. • Locations on casino floor are noisy and smoky. • Will also encounter intoxicated guests frequently. • Provide representation of department in specific project and company meetings. Required Education and Work Experience (Related education and experience may be interchangeable on a year for year basis)• Completion of high school education or equivalent. Six (6) months of experience in stewarding, kitchen maintenance, kitchen operations or similar.
