Server Assistant (Rover)- Baptiste & Bottle
Sets and clears tables. Stocks all service stations and assists food servers with table service. Clears dirty table settings and prepares table for resetting. Resets all service ware as prescribed. Maintains stock and cleanliness of stations. Serves guests beverages, breads and butter to begin their dining experience. Transports all dirty tableware to dishwashing area for proper cleaning. What will I be doing? As a Busperson, you would be responsible for setting and clearing dining tables and stocking service stations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Set and prepare tables for dining, including, but not limited to, folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water, etc.
Ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repair + Stock, maintain and clean designated food station(s) + Assist food server(s) with table service, including, but not limited to, serving beverages, breads, etc.
Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area + Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner + Prepare the bar by cutting, slicing and peeling perishable garnishes and fruits, mixing and pouring juices and storing back-up supplies in prescribed containers + Check with and assist the bartender to stock and maintain the bar to include, but not limited to, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice and produce + Transport taps and replace and perform routine maintenance on beer kegs + Maintain cleanliness of bar area, beer lockers, refrigerators and storage areas in accordance with federal, state, local and company codes What are we looking for? Essential Job Functions
· Pack all finished products while inspecting for lot numbers, labels, caps, neck bands, etc.
· Complete any rework and introduce back into run before its completion.
· Complete any duties assigned by lead.
· Wear protective glasses while running any glass on lines.
· Knowledge and understanding of company policies and SOP’s.
· Knowledge and understanding of cGMP’s relating to this position.
· Sweep, take out trash, clean back of filler.
· Cleaning out the filler includes hoses, brushes, vibrators, bottom pan. Reassemble filler. Blow off the line with compressed air.
· Maybe required to be the second signature on the first piece inspection which means making sure all components and bottle counts are correct.
· Sweep, mop, and blow out from underneath conveyers with compressed air.
· Make sure that all components are correct for first run and sign first piece inspections sheet. At the end of shift make sure line is clean.

The Bottle Filler is responsible for removing empty motor fuel cylinders from the flat bed truck, filling the cylinder with liquid propane to set specifications and then loading the filled cylinder back onto the flat bed truck. All safety procedures and regulations must be adhered to at all times.
