Bottle And Keg Specialist
1.Performs assignments safely at all times.
2.Responsible for start ups, shut downs, product changes, line trouble shooting, problem solving, preventative maintenance, clearing jams, and cleaning & sanitation of all equipment on their assigned line. Completes the training and certification that qualifies the individual to perform the duties of operating the machines & equipment and inspection and use of the necessary materials and chemicals. Ensures all processes are completed to meet product quality, bio, company and BATF standards as well as customer satisfaction goals and inspects incoming materials on a continual basis.
3.Uses World Class Manufacturing principles and best practices as the method to most effectively complete their work. Utilizes the appropriate personal communication and interaction skills required to work with others in a team-based environment to achieve the team's KPI's as well as Department, Plant, and Company goals.
4.Performs minor preventative and corrective maintenance (autonomous maintenance), lubricates all machinery, troubleshoots and takes appropriate action or makes necessary operational adjustments to resolve issues, ensuring that the equipment is running efficiently producing quality product. Possesses the basic mechanical and technical skills to accomplish the required machine adjustments and maintenance.
5.Reads and correctly interprets packaging schedules, understands and follows job procedures, work instructions, as well as special notices and/or instructions.
6.Complete reporting concerning productivity, quality, safety, maintenance, line information, manpower schedules, station control, waste monitoring, and training records in an accurate, timely and legible manner.

What will I be doing?
As a Busperson, you would be responsible for setting and clearing dining tables and stocking service stations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. What You Will Do:

As a packer, you will pack plastic bottles as they complete on the conveyors. You will perform a brief quality check between removing materials from conveyors and placing into packaging boxes. We currently have an excellent opportunity available on our Packaging team at our Ridgefield, WA plant! Our Packer 2 positions operate packaging machines and equipment under general supervision. The following shifts are available:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ensure proper clean room attire Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is worn.
Retrieve, review and follow Work Order requirements.
Record information in a Equipment Use Log and enter data in a computer database system to meet Work Order requirements.
Complete the Work Order using bulk and bottles supplied by the Lead then return any unused materials to the Lead after order completion.
Set up machines for use, including: verifying the correct bottles are used, ensuring the proper fixtures are installed; notifying the maintenance technician if fixtures need to be re-fitted per order requirements; and checking the scales for correct weights and adjusting as needed.
Operate machines to fill bottles of product.
Monitor the machine during operation and make necessary adjustments to maintain the required output.
Monitor the bulk to ensure the supply is steady and sufficient for the order.
Monitor incoming bottles to ensure positive pressure of bottles is maintained to avoid jams.
Keep the machine, and surrounding area of the clean room, clean at all times.
Perform other duties as assigned.
