The ChallengeThe Merchandising Senior Manager – Bottom Freezer, Side by Side, and Top Freezer is essential to developing and executing the Commercial Growth Strategy of the Refrigeration business, and aligning with the House of Brands strategy.
This role is responsible for the creative process for all product marketing materials, new product introductions, messaging across all channels, and additional content such as all printed materials and online assets.
The successful candidate will work hand in hand with marketing, sales, and product management and directly influence product and go to market strategies.
What you will Do
Develop and execute all merchandising promotional programs including point-of-purchase, displays, field communications, and promotional planners for all distribution channels.
Develop and Facilitate Time to Think/Innovation sessions for GEA Refrigeration
Competitive Intelligence: Establish and Evolve a Commercial Competitive Intel strategy to enable quick decision making and price/share optimization.
Brand Insights: Become the team expert on the House of Brands strategy, and how to best incorporate into the full Commercial launch process.
Partner with the Commercial Director to lead the Commercialization of New Product Introductions (M-review and C-review processes)
Lead the NPI checklist activities by working with agencies and other business stakeholders to deliver assets to schedule and with excellence.
Develop and execute all NPI commercialization planning packages for field sales.
Coordinate activities with Product Marketing and provide influence on Product Plans and Strategies.
Co-develop National Account Programs and Recommended Lineups
Interface with Field Sales and Customers to maximize effectiveness of merchandising programs and their value.
Co-manage the product line intern to support marketing efforts on the team
Develop and execute the plan to sell for both Retail and Contract channels.

Laborer - Bottom Pour
The position is extremely labor intensive and will require one to work around extreme heat; to work at heights; to lift up to 55 pounds on a frequent basis; to work on uneven surfaces, and to be proficient in the use of hand tools. The ability to use computers is required.
Applicants must be able to work a 21-turn rotating schedule (including weekends and holidays), be able to work overtime and up to 12 hours per day. Remote crane experience and forklift experience is preferred. Will be required to submit to a criminal background investigation.

The Service Agent cleans vehicles inside and out (vehicles may be cleaned by hand or by operating washing equipment). The Service Agent is responsible for the care and maintenance of the cars on the lot. This includes vacuuming and prepping the cars, shuttling cars to and from car washes and dealerships for servicing, car transports to and from offices, checking fluid levels, and changing tires.
Clean vehicle exterior by hand, brush or by operating washing equipment
Polish, dry and clean vehicle windshields, windows, lights, mats and exterior body, by hand
Vacuum, shampoo, add air freshener and clean vehicle interior (some stain removal may be required)
Determine need for and add windshield fluid, gas, oil, water and antifreeze
Perform basic maintenance check: antenna, under the hood, inside the vehicle, inside the trunk, and outside vehicle
Verify appropriate stickers are attached to vehicle (registration, plates, etc.)
May be responsible for maintaining an inventory of cleaning supplies
May assist with local automobile deliveries

A Senior Engineering Technologist is needed to support Plant Engineering - Dry Bottom Ash at Gibson Generating Station in Owensville, IN.
The incumbent will solve problems on an individual or collaborative basis by troubleshooting and studying trends and history to recommend actions. This is the fourth level of the non-Engineer degreed technical support role job classification and considered the Career level for the job hierarchy. Senior Engineering Technologist provide technical expertise to solve more complex problems, and leadership skills to manage work in a specific area of expertise, with minimal supervision. Incumbents are expected to develop advanced skills and to have the ability to work independently with increased latitude for un-reviewed work.
The Dry Bottom Ash Engineering Technologist will be tasked with:
Completing project integration of Dry Bottom Ash and Water redirect systems
Process improvements with extended operation of the new systems
Continued development of processes and plans of Ash management at the station
Troubleshooting and support of ash conveyance at Gibson Station.
Provides engineering/technical expertise and guidance in the identification, analysis and resolution of problems of increasing scope and complexity in both inside as well as outside the scope of typical responsibility.
Ensures accomplishment of business goals and objectives through effective planning, organizing, estimating, scheduling and monitoring of work activities; decisions may affect the operations or results of the work group and may have some impact on major projects or department results.
Prepares thorough and accurate technical reports, correspondence, documentation, calculations and sketches related to defined problems and analysis of increasing scope and complexity.
Conducts engineering and related studies; completes non-routine engineering projects with minimal oversight with the ability to independently manage project schedules and interfaces; competent to design, operate and maintain systems with moderate impact on existing systems.
