Develops and defends the business case for a new product feature or set of features, works with finance to create detailed financial models and uses business/financial acumen to modify as necessary; accountable for successful P&L of business case
Runs Weekly Business Reviews for their product(s) and monitors product KPIs to ensure success metrics are being met, prioritizes options for improvement or enhancement
Tracks product team's velocity and optimizes delivery to ensure the most valuable work is always delivered first
Works with cross-functional Sr. Directors, Product Management to drive work across other product teams and helps move and prioritize work into other product backlogs
Builds and manages a Product Management team, helping to support their growth and removing obstacles as necessary
Develops and presents communications frequently to senior leadership, communicating the desired message at the appropriate level for the right recipient

Machinist II - Polisher
Work includes assignment planning, layout, set up, operating and making tool adjustments for various types of manual, numerically controlled and computerized machine shop equipment. May communicate directly with engineers to understand the purpose of a part assembly.
Polish, de-burr, operate Extrude-Hone, tune test, inspection, laser engraving.
Works from blueprints, process sheets and sketches to perform production tasks, which may include the cutting and shaping of metal to precision dimensions.
Checks and inspects machining operations against specified tolerances.
May identify and repair minor machine malfunctions.
Minimum Required Skills and
Familiar with business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired.

Polish and finish molds and tooling
Read blue prints, follow written and verbal instructions, and specifications sheets to polish and finish intricate Molds and Tooling
Train on and utilize all tools needed to perform essential polishing and finishing functions including di-profilers, ultrasonic polishers, air powered hand grinders, hand tools and grinders, chain falls, carts, electric lifts, and all polishing mediums (to include stone, compound, and diamond paste)
Utilize basic inspection tools and train to use all inspection equipment necessary to achieve intricate details of tooling
Promote good employee relations and high morale
Demonstrate teamwork and respect by working constructively with co-workers to achieve the best results possible
Follow all safety rules and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

OVERVIEW: A Bottom Painter is responsible for prepping (cleaning, stripping, scraping, sanding) and painting vessels below the water line. Additionally the bottom painter may be responsible for pressure washing vessels, examining and repairing running gear and/or zincs and replacing props.

The Metal Finsher, under direction of the Production Manager, will provide first class metal finishing die sections and die cast tools, prior to PVD treatment according to the Oerlikon Balzers standards. This position will have significant responsability for ensuring the overall quality finish of production services provided for Forming Tools through a rigorous surface pre and post treatment. The Metal Finisher will perform special projects as directed.
Responsible for metal finishing of stamping forming die steels and diecast tooling
Provide additional support to the Production Manager as required
High School diploma ( or equivalent) is required
3+ years experience in die making or metal finishing from a stamping, die cast or plastic injection mold shop is required.
Must have strong proficiency working with various polishing methods and tools to achieve a mirror surface prior to coating.
Previous quality control experience is desired as well as experience working with quality systems.
Previous experience working with precision coatings and / or plastic mold polishing is highly desired
Proficiency with MS Office including Excel, Powerpoint and Word are are required
Must have a strong work ethic and be a results-driven team player with a strong attention to detail.
Must be able to have flexible hours and work any shift.
