The ChallengeThe Merchandising Senior Manager – Bottom Freezer, Side by Side, and Top Freezer is essential to developing and executing the Commercial Growth Strategy of the Refrigeration business, and aligning with the House of Brands strategy.
This role is responsible for the creative process for all product marketing materials, new product introductions, messaging across all channels, and additional content such as all printed materials and online assets.
The successful candidate will work hand in hand with marketing, sales, and product management and directly influence product and go to market strategies.
What you will Do
Develop and execute all merchandising promotional programs including point-of-purchase, displays, field communications, and promotional planners for all distribution channels.
Develop and Facilitate Time to Think/Innovation sessions for GEA Refrigeration
Competitive Intelligence: Establish and Evolve a Commercial Competitive Intel strategy to enable quick decision making and price/share optimization.
Brand Insights: Become the team expert on the House of Brands strategy, and how to best incorporate into the full Commercial launch process.
Partner with the Commercial Director to lead the Commercialization of New Product Introductions (M-review and C-review processes)
Lead the NPI checklist activities by working with agencies and other business stakeholders to deliver assets to schedule and with excellence.
Develop and execute all NPI commercialization planning packages for field sales.
Coordinate activities with Product Marketing and provide influence on Product Plans and Strategies.
Co-develop National Account Programs and Recommended Lineups
Interface with Field Sales and Customers to maximize effectiveness of merchandising programs and their value.
Co-manage the product line intern to support marketing efforts on the team
Develop and execute the plan to sell for both Retail and Contract channels.

Ellwood Crankshaft Group (ECG) is the world's leading manufacturer and remanufacturer of large, one-of-a-kind, multiple-throw crankshafts. Today, ECG has eight facilities in four different states. We are currently seeking a full-time Polisher position at Ellwood National Crankshaft Services Dallas in Grand Prairie, TX. This non-exempt position may be required to work rotating shifts, 12-hour schedules and overtime as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Measure and prepare final dimensions of finished crankshafts.
Identify and make required adjustments with the correct abrasive material to bring the crankshaft to final product dimension and finish, including lapping, belt polishing, benching, and hand working.
Loads and unloads machine with aid of an overhead crane.
Install counterweights as needed.
Lubricates machines, checks and fills reservoirs, etc. on a daily basis.
Maintains working area in a clean, orderly and safe condition.
Reports defective material to inspection immediately.
Observes all safety rules and regulations.
Perform other duties as deemed necessary

As a member of a cross-functional team, responsible for polishing cast parts on a fixed jack stand belt/flap sander to produce a high-quality product in accordance with Pace Industries and customer requirements. Completes proper paperwork and documentation in accordance with work instructions. Recognize and quickly respond to any non-conforming or suspect conditions related to the cast parts. The polisher must setup their own polish equipment, maintain housekeeping, and be able to start and shut down their machine correctly. Responsible for troubleshooting problems and resolving issues independently.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the quality of the parts produced. Inspect parts for any non-conforming or suspect conditions.
Polish parts to remove/blend casting features and/or defects per documented instructions.
Complete hourly quality checks and fill out hour by hour charts if required.
Initiate containment of any non-conforming and suspect parts.
Clean dust collector system and replace filters.
Polish and pack parts. Record parts produced; scrap generated, scrap percentages, reasons for scrap and down time hourly.
Follows prescribed safety standards and wears required personal protective equipment, which include respirators and foam lined glasses

Responsible to record the job steps in the PDR and any other information required in the documentation of the product and processes.

Requires an intermediate knowledge of metals & materials processed through department. Ability to read measuring devices, micrometers, calipers, depth gauges and rule.

A Senior Engineering Technologist is needed to support Plant Engineering - Dry Bottom Ash at Gibson Generating Station in Owensville, IN.
The incumbent will solve problems on an individual or collaborative basis by troubleshooting and studying trends and history to recommend actions. This is the fourth level of the non-Engineer degreed technical support role job classification and considered the Career level for the job hierarchy. Senior Engineering Technologist provide technical expertise to solve more complex problems, and leadership skills to manage work in a specific area of expertise, with minimal supervision. Incumbents are expected to develop advanced skills and to have the ability to work independently with increased latitude for un-reviewed work.
The Dry Bottom Ash Engineering Technologist will be tasked with:
Completing project integration of Dry Bottom Ash and Water redirect systems
Process improvements with extended operation of the new systems
Continued development of processes and plans of Ash management at the station
Troubleshooting and support of ash conveyance at Gibson Station.
Provides engineering/technical expertise and guidance in the identification, analysis and resolution of problems of increasing scope and complexity in both inside as well as outside the scope of typical responsibility.
Ensures accomplishment of business goals and objectives through effective planning, organizing, estimating, scheduling and monitoring of work activities; decisions may affect the operations or results of the work group and may have some impact on major projects or department results.

Observe machine operations to detect any problems, making necessary adjustments to correct problems.
Set and adjust machine controls according to product specifications, using knowledge of machine operation.
Measure work pieces and lay out work, using precision measuring devices.

Study blueprints, work orders, or machining instructions to determine product specifications,
