Under general supervision, controls the distribution of cards/dice during the game(s) on any given table in the Pit; determines proper amount of chips to be dispersed on customer buy-in or pay-off; teaches unskilled players the rules of the game, and provides a superior level of customer service to guests. Previous guest service experience and High School/GED required and/or an appropriate combination of both.
Responsible for performing maintenance and repair of all facilities and equipment to assure a continuous source of light, heat, water, power, and temperature control, recommending necessary changes in such facilities or equipment. Installs slot machines and performs various levels of slot machine repairs, to include correct setup and troubleshooting slot machine devices, as well as associated gaming devices within the casino.
Remains informed of changes in rules and procedures to correct deficiencies and improve performance. Must be 21 years of age; high school diploma or GED required. Must have at least three (2) years’ experience at a commercial property in at least one of the following areas: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration or electronics.
Requires proficiency in computer use, including basic understanding of and experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, as well as other databases or computer applications. Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 40 pounds of force frequently to constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects; requires manual dexterity to operate all equipment, including but not limited to HVAC, computers, cleaning equipment. Must be willing and available to work non-traditional schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Experience and Requirements
A successful Satellite TV Installer/Technician will have the following:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High energy, being resourceful, and strong multi-tasking skills
Basic computer skills; basic electronics and/or audio/video knowledge is helpful.
Strong customer service skills; friendly, approachable and motivated with a strong work ethic and high degree of integrity.
Ability to stand for long periods of time on a ladder, lift over 70 lbs at times, crawl into small spaces, work in all climates and remain within the individual weight requirement of 335 lbs.
Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays and evenings.
High school diploma or GED preferred; college or technical/vocational school a plus.
Must possess a valid driver's license in the State you are seeking employment in, with a driving record that meets DISH's minimum safety standard.
Cable industry experience is a plus.

Customer Service Specialist
Is responsible for completing all tasks within the provided timeline. Duties and
Takes ownership to resolve customer complaints, questions, and concerns.
Ensures that emails and phone calls, from business partners and customers, are resolved and responded to within 48 hours of receipt. Quickly and efficiently navigates between multiple systems to research customer inquiries. Adheres to and supports policy and procedural guidelines surrounding customer compensation.

Confirms daily deposits and cash drawer contents are in balance. Responsible for ensuring all monies are collected prior to delivery of product. Audits and enters verified data in the company's payroll system.
Orders store supplies while remaining within the designated company budget. Must be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize them to meet critical deadlines. Demonstrates exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Assists the store manager with the creation of the monthly store schedule. Occasionally, the customer relationship specialist will be asked and expected to perform various, miscellaneous, and non-standard duties as required. Such duties are diversified in nature and may be changed from time to time to suit the needs of the company.
