Position summary: To ensure all restaurant guests are greeted, made to feel welcome and seated in a friendly and courteous manner.
Position responsibilities: Supports a strong commitment to world class customer service. Greets all restaurant patrons immediately upon their arrival.
Inquires as to the number of guests in the party; maintains wait lists and communicates wait time to guests. Using established procedures, assigns guests to server stations in a fair and equitable manner; takes guests to server’s station, along with the appropriate number of menus and seats guests accordingly. Controls guest volume level at entrance to restaurant.
Attends to and anticipates guests needs while waiting to be seated. Answers customer inquires about the menu, restaurant and Bass Pro Shops. Answers phones; books reservations as requested.
Performs opening and closing side work duties as assigned; assists with pre-bussing and table set up activities. Acknowledges and thanks guests upon their departure from the restaurant. Maintains restrooms throughout shift.

SUPER BOWL 52- NFL Shop- Retail Supervisor
Under the direction of the Retail Manager, the Retail Supervisor is responsible for the coordination of Gift Shop services at the NFL shop so that each location receives the correct product.
Assigns daily tasks to Gift Shop staff and ensures that the tasks are performed correctly and in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Oversees the moving of incoming merchandise to retail office, storage area(s) and/or display floor.
Handles the storing of all incoming merchandise in assigned locations.
Ensures correct pricing on all products on the floor.
Maintains customer service standards.
Cashiers when necessary to expedite the processing of guest’s purchasing.
Responsible for the recording of damaged merchandise.
Merchandises the floor for maximum sale of all products.
Works with team members to facilitate the stocking of the floor with appropriate levels of merchandise.
Spearheads special projects (i.e. holidays, events, book signings, etc.) when necessary.
Communicates with Retail Manager to insure that all received products are placed on the retail floor as soon as possible.
Interacts with customer for possible merchandising opportunities.
Takes charge of unpacking and pricing of new merchandise.
Full understanding of the point of sale system
Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned at the discretion of managment

Attention Football Fanatics! Doherty Staffing Solutions is currently partnering with the 2018 Super Bowl LII Host Committee as a Business Connect Company to help coordinate employment efforts for the 2018 Super Bowl Experience! We are now hiring Teammates on various shifts to be a part of this once-in-a-lifetime experience which will take place at the Minneapolis Convention Center in downtown Minneapolis from January 25 – February 4, 2018.
What is the 2018 Super Bowl Experience?
The 2018 Super Bowl Experience is the most exciting, continuous event surrounding the week of the big game. The 2018 Super Bowl Experience will offer FREE NFL player autographs, interactive games, youth football clinics, merchandise from NFL Shop, personalized photos to share on social media, a virtual reality experience, an enhanced Super Bowl rings display, and sponsor giveaways.
Get paid to be a part of this amazing, historical event for Minnesota! Compensation is $14.00 per hour and all Teammates will be assigned a minimum of three (3) shifts during the 10 days of this event (January 25 - February 4, 2018). What does a Teammate do?
Teammates will be assigned to a variety of hospitality roles/fan-interactive zones, some utilizing technology (camera, tablet, or QR scanner). Teammates will assist with various activities within the 2018 Super Bowl Experience, including the Official Tailgate Party and Game Day Fan Plaza. Teammates will be constantly interacting with fans as extended representatives of the NFL, so successful candidates require a positive attitude, outgoing personality, great customer service savvy, and a strong hospitality skill set. Note that many of the Teammates tasks will be high intensity, requiring you to be on your feet for the majority of your shifts.

Generate or modify CNC programs
Polish mold surfaces using manual or automated techniques
Measure mold surfaces using various metrology equipment including profilometers, microscopes, and nickel plating equipment.
Perform machine/tools setups
Ability to read technical drawings
Experience reading G-code
Basic machinist skills, experience using CNC diamond turning equipment
Knowledge of proper use of basic metrology equipment
