Box Maker Operator is a vital role in the daily operations of our facility. There are a variety of roles and responsibilities within this title. The types of roles available are machine operation, pallet jack driver, inventory, general upkeep and housekeeping, setting up and tearing down of machines, hourly and daily paperwork, verifying quality and accuracy of products, all while making safety the number one priority.
While performing the duties of Box Maker Operator, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions with slippery surfaces; moving mechanical parts; fast paced warm/cool environment. Positions require standing the entire shift and the use of PPE is required in all areas of the facility.
Ability to operate box machine, drive a jack, clean machine, assemble binds and handmade boxes.
May require various other duties as assigned
Responsible for filling out paperwork completely and accurately.
Pre-label boxes and help with bags and inventory

The Mold Maker needs to be someone who can creatively think outside of the box to design and repair molds within the shop. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently to conduct the appropriate fixtures for each assigned mold. The company launches multiple types of products, this person must be able to work within a rapid paced environment and must be able to manage multiple projects at once.

Description: Fabricates tools and parts in metal, and plastic through machining and metal-forming operations.
Works from blueprints, drawings, or verbal instructions using math and basic computer skills. Maintains model shop machinery. May enter data from blueprints or databases into CAD/CAM system, generate numerical control program, and transmits program to machining center.
May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures. Job Description: Summary
Working independently and with minimal supervision, the Senior Mold Maker sets up and operates all types of mold fabricating equipment. Reads and interprets mold drawings. Constructs, alters and repairs molds and components of extremely complex design. Disassembles, cleans, repairs and reassembles injection molds and compression molds.
Disassembles molds utilizing methods that prevent risk of damage to components and component finishes.
Cleans mold plates and all components. Determines mold components requiring repair or replacement. Insures proper gating, venting and cooling of molds.
Polishes mold component finishes as required.
Constructs and repairs intricate molds and their components from detailed drawings and/or verbal communication.
Assembles molds and components ensuring proper fit, form and function.
Be able to repair / replace components as needed while mold is still in the press.
Be capable of disassemble / assemble of hot runner manifolds and rewire the manifold.
Be able to weld mold components and re-machine back to spec.

Assures continued tool service through maintaining mold component inventories and assessing mold operating conditions through inspection and measuring of molds.

The Anaheim Convention Center (ACC) reigns as the largest exhibit facility on the West Coast, having hosted such large, well-attended events as the Winter NAMM Show, Disney's D23 Expo and Citrix Synergy. Originally opened in 1967, the ACC currently spans 53 acres and offers 1.6 million square feet of function space and many dynamic features. Under general supervision, sells tickets to general admission events at the Anaheim Convention Center the day of the event or works in the office answering phones, selling advance tickets and general event preparation work.
