Verify order information.
Quality A visual check of the roll must be done, as well, to ensure there are no defects on the rolls.
Set machine parameters according to standard operating procedures written for each specific job.
Check ink viscosity and fill in specified intervals to ensure print quality.
Download all order information into the DBQ system as well as maintain timely quality checks and reports.
Place stamped box labels onto proper cartons, ensuring proper adhesion to the boxes.
Place the proper pieces of boxes together, using filament tape, before pushing the completed carton out to the warehouse.
Using department guidelines, load all barrier/TBG rolls onto unwind stand.

SORTING MACHINE BASIC SET UP AND RUN
Basic set ups on automatic sorting machine, adjusting the machine sensors, machine table and roller with a minimum amount of supervision.
Run fasteners through the sorting machine, ensuring parts ran through as "good parts", meet blueprint specifications and sorting "hot" schedule is followed.
Using micrometer, caliper and dial gauges, regularly checks "good" parts to ensure they continue to meet blueprint specs.
Recognized defects in parts that the sorting machine cannot distinguish.
Prior to run, sets counter to reflect required pieces per box, when the box is full, seals with STAR sort label to assure customer that parts are defect free.
After each sort run, logs list of parts sorted indicating part number, pieces, customer and time required to sort.
Maintains cleanliness of work area reflecting high-quality 5S sort image.
Follows all company safety policies and procedures.
