Manufacturing Operations Manager
Responsible leading all Direct Labor site-wide for all manufacturing related activities to prescribed Policies, Processes and Procedures related to Safety, Human Resource Management and Governing Specifications. Must work collaboratively with Production Control, Project Management and Engineering to ensure that product is produced to the customer requirements for fit, form, function, and scheduled delivery. This position is the owner of Direct Labor and Shop Supply cost controls.

Ensure that assigned personnel are performing tasks safely and in compliance with OSHA CFR 29 1910
Ensure that manufacturing processes are conducted in compliance with Customer Specifications, ASME Sect VIII and B31.3, and other Wellflex internal specifications.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Materials Management, and Production Control Manager to maximize manufacturing capacity to meet or exceed company objectives in sales.
Ensure required transactions in the MRP system to maintain accurate inventory and cost data as close to real-time as possible
Establishes KPI’s that help drive continual performance improvement.
Lead Lean initiatives for assigned areas of responsibility.
