Experienced Extrusion, Cabling, Braider Operators
Positions: Extruder, Cabler, Braider Operators (Experience Preferred)
Shift: 2nd/3rd Shifts
Rate: $13.80 – $20.57 + shift differential
Duties: Setup, adjust, and operate machines. Remove reels from take-ups and install pay-off reels as necessary and other related duties as directed.
· Able to read, write and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
· Fill out paperwork and enter computer transactions.
· Use all test equipment accurately.
· Pass a color identification test.
· Must have good trouble-shooting and problem solving skills.
· Follow standard work instructions and perform all set-ups & operating procedures within the allotted time.
· Have satisfactory attendance and performance record.
· Able to lift 50 lb. reels
· Stack boxes on pallets
· Position requires overtime
· Train in Lean methods and
participate in team projects such as set-up reduction to help reduce through-put time and increase productivity
· May be required to evaluate work center issues with materials, machines and workloads and report current status to supervisors.
· Perform quality checks.
· Sweep/clean work area at the end of the shift and follow all safety and housekeeping instructions and policies.

Job Duties: Set-up, operate and troubleshoot cabling process following standard operating procedures and work instructions. Maintain product documentation per requirements. Perform preventive maintenance tasks, inspection, and trouble-shooting of quality issues to ensure the production of a high quality product within customer specifications.
8am- 4pm Monday- Friday
3rd shift, Midnight- 8am Sunday- Thursday
High school diploma or GED. 1-2 years previous manufacturing experience preferred. Mechanical aptitude and experience with manufacturing equipment. Previous computer experience. Background check & drug screen.
Physical Demands: Stand & walk for 8 hour shift. Ability to lift 50lbs on a regular basis. Ability and agility to work with both hands including repetitive work.
Environment: Working within climate controlled manufacturing environment. PPE required: Steel toe shoes and safety glasses. Tobacco free facility.
