Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Get tags ready for production.
Pull cheese into room using dolly.
Use chariot lift.
Pull empty mats from mat washer to staging area.
Put cheese into de-molder.
Stack empty bottoms.
Use floor dolly to move empty bottoms into acidification room.
Insure that de-molder runs smoothly.
Rake cheese out of hopper, inspect and spread out on empty mats.
Remove bad cheese.
Put recycle into cardboard barrel.
Stack full mats on a bottom.
When bottom is full, number rack, put plastic on top and take into cooler.
Date and Make boxes for production orders.
Follows all Good Manufacturing Practices as stated within the policy.
Follows all Safety Rules and procedures by working safely and ensuring safety of others.
Follows all food safety procedures.
Follows all environmental protocols as applicable to job to prevent pollution to air, land, or water.
Follows all sanitation procedures and work instructions.
Follows all continuous improvement actions and rules and best practices.

- Previous CNC experience or general knowledge of CNC machines.
- Experience in any sheet metal is a plus.
